Tha annoying sound at night of a machine that is loud and trembling, don't know what was.
The matress was soft but not uncomfortable
Está muy bien localizado, tiene acceso a la playa muy cercano (se puede ir caminando). También es muy cerca del súper mercado. Los apartamentos son cómodos y están bien equipados.
No hay personal fácil de ubicar para solucionar inconvenientes. No sirve el teléfono que tienen en la página.

Nice and clean apartment and convenient location near to everything in Key Biscayne.
For the price, I expected the staff to change bed linens and provide fresh towels on a daily basis. It’s completely self catering and the staff do not work on the weekend.
Location was perfect for my business trip, quite nice.
I reserve this place by booking, but I never got the confirmation mail from the property, including my room number and the code to access, these causes me a very unpleasant situation because I reached the apartment late in the evening and I was struggling to contact the property in order to understand how to assess to my room. Another point is my room was 106 just in front of the entrance of the elevator and so privacy was almost 0. It is possible to rent a bike from the property but unfortunately only from 9 am to 5 pm no longer than that and it is totally useless from my perspective.

Our bed was so uncomfortable. completely sunk in. the mattress was warped. We also noticed on our last day our duvet was dirty with probably the previous guests makeup on it. There was also no duvet cover it was just between 2 bed sheets. Missing blackout blinds. Our room was next to an exit sign that was blinking into our room all night. We did not even stay the full 3 nights. Left a day early and paid for another hotel so we can sleep. Definitely not the "relaxing" 3 days in Biscayne we were hoping for. Room was not even clean, I dusted and wiped all the surfaces with paper towl and water and it was BLACK. There was forsure mold in our shower and bathroom. The pictures on booking are either fake or severely photoshopped.

Laundry is 5 dollars to wash and 5 to dry ? Needed an extension cord for phone to charge and reach the bed.
The location is the only great thing about this place. It's 5 minute walk to a shopping center with a big supermarket, small restaurants and coffee shop, 5 minute walk to the public beach, 10 minute walk to the Ritz tennis center.
The 1 bedroom apartment is tiny and uncomfortable: the sofa has extremely low back making it impossible to find a comfortable position. The mattress felt firm and cheap, I couldn't get a restful sleep. The bathroom is overdue for a lot of TLC - it has lots of unpleasant dirty spots and the shower has a leak, leaving a small puddle outside the glass wall every time I used it. The TV is so small and old I didn't even bother turning on. The pool area is very small and half of it in the shade. Staff unavailable on weekends. In the FAQ section they mention access to the private beach club but during the holidays there was no access. The black bikes they have are so beat up and tiny, they are unsafe and unusable for adults.
La ubicación, la tranquilidad del barrio. Yo ya fui muchas veces y Key Biscayne me gusta mucho.
Los Apartamentos son correctos. Yo ya estuve en 4 oprtunidades y estancias largas. Parece que el Alojamiento no recuerda a sus clientes porque solicité early check in y me dijeron que no era posible, y también solicité late check out y tampoco tue posible.
También hay un tema mal gestionado por la encargada que algunos departamentos (sólo 5) tienen acceso a la playa con sillas, reposeras e instalaciones y el resto de los 10 apartamentos no lo tienen. Lo légico sería que ese acceso rote por los apartamentos. Cada día retira la "llave de acceso" uno distinto y eso fue mal gestionado. Y produce una situación incómoda.
Además deberían ser más cuidadosos con por ejemplo el sillón estaba muy manchado y le puse una sábana y el baño no está bien cuidado, podrían mejorarlo. Ya que no es tan económico, esas mejoras estarían más acordes con el precio.
Excelente poder ir caminando a la playa y tener acceso al Beach Club privado con todo el confort. La pileta del complejo super limpia y un ambiente muy agradable para poder descansar y relajarte.

Beliggenheden er fin. Bebyggelsen indbydende og dejlig lukket. Tæt på stranden, roligt og trygt. Lejligheden fungerede fint.
Kun detaljer. Nu laver vi selv mad, så det kunne have været rart med lidt mere bordplads, lidt mere service og opvaskemaskine. Det ville også være rart med mulighed for at tørre tøj og håndklæder i lejligheden.
