Gerne wieder bei einem Wienbesuch
Pros:

Zimmer sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten!
Lage super, da es nicht direkt im Zentrum ist - Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hoteleingang!👍

War nur eine Nacht, und das nur zum Schlafen!

Все хорошо, цена/качество отличное
Pros:

Мы были семьей с маленьким ребенком (7 месяцев), поэтому для нас было важно:
- размер и дизайн номера (вместительный номер, хороший современный дизайн),
- наличие детской кроватки (я оставила запрос, и нам ее поставили при подготовке номера до нашего приезда),
- парковка (индивидуальная подземная парковка отеля, что является огромным плюсом, так как кроме жителей отеля на нее никто не может попасть + от парковки лифт в сам отель).
В отели предлагают бесплатный поздний выезд, я считаю это огромным преимуществом, ведь не всегда удобно уезжать в 12. Нам поздний выезд не понадобился, но все равно я считаю, что это максимальная клиентоориентированность.
Завтрак был хороший, было всё разнообразно и вкусно.

Cons:

Хотелось бы улучшить момент с парковкой, так как, чтоб на нее попасть нужно сделать чекин, а для этого нужно оставить машину на въезде в парковку, перегородив пешеходную дорогу.

Good location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and very well connected to the city center.

Cons:

Considering the price and the fact that the hotel is outside the city center, I believe more effort should be put into the breakfast. The hotel is clean, tidy, and well maintained, but the room layout is very poorly designed. The bathroom is directly connected to the room, which is very uncomfortable — especially when you exit the shower while still wet and the room is cold. It’s also not realistic to keep the room temperature at 30°C just to feel comfortable.

I also didn’t like the overall design of the hotel and the room. For a Holiday Inn, the “modern” design with drawings and skulls in the room feels unnecessary and inappropriate.
