Ailecek yaptığımız Viyana seyahatimizde konakladığımız bu otelden çok güzel anılarla ayrıldık. Seyahatlerde bazen beklenmedik aksaklıklar olabiliyor, biz de kendi sürecimizde bazı durumlar yaşadık. Ancak otel yönetiminin ve resepsiyon ekibinin bu durumlara yaklaşımı tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Detaylarda boğulmadan, hızlıca inisiyatif alarak bizi çok rahat ettirdiler. Bir oteli iyi yapan şeyin sadece yatakları değil, kriz anlarındaki misafirperverlikleri olduğunu bize gösterdiler. Çözüm odaklı ve nazik tavırları için tüm ekibe minnettarız. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Everything was great except the bathroom had no door. If you were staying with others, you wouldn't be able to shower because there was no door and everyone could see you showering.

Pros:

Tam tramvay durağında ulaşım kolaydı. Odalar temizdi. Görevliler güler yüzlü. Fiyat performans oteliydi. Kahvaltı güzeldi ama daha geniş olabilirdi

Cons:

Odalar küçük buzdolabı yok. Terlikte odalarda yoktu.

Pros:

Zimmer sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten!
Lage super, da es nicht direkt im Zentrum ist - Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hoteleingang!👍
