Estadia completa y tranquila
Pros:

Hola! El hotel es tranquilo y con un servicio excelente, a pesar que no hablamos alemán, nos pudimos comunicar en inglés sin problemas. La habitación era grande y cómoda, al igual que el baño. Desayuno muy completo y rico con una variedad interesante, y para mi que soy gluten free tenia muchas opciones para consumir y todas las mañanas de mi estadía les pedía pan y me lo calentaban en el momento. El hotel esta en frente del tranvía que te deja en el centro en minutos, también a dos cuadras esta el supermercado "Spar" donde se encuentra gran variedad de productos. Sin dudas es para recomendar y volver en otro momento!

Cons:

la zona no es tan turística pero no es peligrosa, el hotel es lo mejor de la misma.

Ich komme bestimmt wieder
Pros:

Nicht alles Personen des Personals waren deutschsprachig, dies war jedoch absolut keine Problem, da man entweder auch Englisch oder sonst mit einer Person von der Rezeption sprechen konnte. Letztere kônnten ausnahmslos fließend deutsch und man bemühte sich stets um jedes Anliegen.

Außerdem hatte ich vor Anreise einen Sonderwunsch zum Zimmer geäußert - auch dieser wurde erfüllt :)

Cons:

Der Preis für die Tiefgarage ist arg teuer. Wenn man mal eine Nacht braucht mag das noch gehen. Wenn Man aber Gäste über mehrere Tage und Wochen mitsamt ihres Autos beherbergt, sollte man vllt mit einer Art Staffelrabatt hier entgegenkommen.

Zudem waren für meinen persönlichen Geschmack die Matratzen deutlich zu hart - aber das ist wahrscheinlich sehr subjektiv.

Am ersten und letzten Tag hatte man Schwierigkeiten meinen Namen auf der Liste für das Frühstück zu finden, bzw. war ich auf einmal mit 2 Kindern gelistet(ich war alleinreisend..), was kurzzeitig noch zu Verwirrung bei der Abrechnung führte. Aber auch das konnte schnell geklärt werden.

Wonderful stay in Vienna
Pros:

Hotel is located a bit away from city center and is quiet. There is no much traffic around. At the same time you are very close to city's main attraction provided you travel by car/taxi.

Cons:

Room is average, modern and is okay if you are traveling on budget. For a family of 3 it would be a bit small. Room service is not something we were used to in other places.

War ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

- Nähe an Straßenbahn-Haltestelle
- Frühstück
- unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken

Cons:

- Das "Familienzimmer" war sehr eng
- Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis
- Der Blick in den Innenhof vom Nebengebäude mit Müllhaufen war nicht gerade angenehm

Sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Lage, (Öffis), gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal,
Hotelbar 24h geöffnet, sehr angenehm wenn man später von einem Konzert kommt und noch was zu trinken bekommt.
