Хороший отель с плохим бассейном.
Pros:

С первых минут пребывания отель оказывает лучшие впечатления: просторный и стильный холл с лобби, прекрасные и доброжелательные девушки на стойке размещения, свежий и очень приятный во всех отношениях номер. Хороший завтрак и внимательный персонал ресторана. Но всё это великолепие портит отвратительная акватермальная зона, если это можно так назвать. Она располагается в подвале, иначе это место сложно назвать, в который ведёт длинная холодная лестница. Спускаясь, а затем и поднимаясь, по этой холоднющей лестнице видишь горы мусора на ступенях и лестничных площадках и безвкусные картины на стенах.
Мы записывались ко времени, но придя в назначенный час увидели горы мусора (этикетки, недоеденная еда и т.д.) на столе и стульях, расположенных рядом с бассейном, хотя там уже никого не было. Сам бассейн - полнейшее разочарование. Уважаемая администрация отеля, сходите туда для того, чтобы удостовериться в том, что я сейчас напишу:
- глубина бассейна - около 160-165 см. среднестатистический человек будет в этом бассейне стоять по нос в воде, а если будет включён гейзер на дне бассейна, то по макушку.
- воспользоваться гидромассажем просто невозможно, так как нет ручек на бортах бассейна (обязательно установите их под водопадом и со стороны бокового гидромассажа).
Температура в сауне была на уровне 40-45 градусов - просто мороз.
Складывается такое ощущение, что менеджмент отеля до туда просто не доходит. Иначе сложно объяснить всё то хорошее, что располагается выше этого "погреба".

Хороший новый отель
Pros:

Хороший новый отель с отличным видом из окон и вкусным завтраком. Есть бассейн с противотоком и сауна. Уютный круглосуточный лобби-бар. Удобно расположен в самом центре. Большая парковка.

Pros:

Есть вопросы по состоянию номеров. После 2018 мебель не чистили видимо. По заселению есть вопрос, выясню с администрацией позднее.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Wonderful new hotel that was built for the 2018 world cup. Staff is thoughtful and knows English. Their spa is among the best I've had globally. Highly recommend this especially for westerners visiting Saransk.

Отель очень удобно расположен в центре города. В 5 мин ходьбы находится Собор, театр рядом с отелем, парк отдыха. Виды из окна красивые, магазины в шаговой доступности. В номере чистота, белоснежное белье,комфортные кровати.
Приветливый персонал. Сауна, тренажерный зал. Проживание очень комфортное.

Pros:

I had no words to describe his amazing my stay was, the check me in like I was a rock star. Comfortable, great working AC, room service, pool and it was in the middle of the city center. If I find myself in Russia again, I will definitely stay there again.

New and nice hotel, great staff
Pros:

We arrived a little before 2pm which was check in time, they said we had to wait because they we at full capacity and we had to wait until past 3 to get our room.
The room was great, the hotel is new and the staff is great. Petr and Valentino made it worth the wait and made it better when habing to wait for our room. They made us feel welcome and for that we would definitely recommend the hotel.
