Endroit absolument paradisiaque, parfaitement intégré à la nature, avec un cadre exceptionnel et très dépaysant.
Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, attentionné et professionnel, avec un vrai sens du service.
Nous étions dans un bungalow sur l’Isleta : magnifique, très confortable, avec une vue splendide et une grande intimité.
Le restaurant est tout simplement exceptionnel — le meilleur que nous ayons testé en Colombie. Cuisine raffinée, produits de grande qualité et service irréprochable. Un véritable point fort de l’hôtel.
La piscine attenante à notre bungalow ne semble pas traitée (eau dessalée sans traitement chimique ni véritable système de filtration visible). Nous sommes tous les deux rentrés avec une infection diagnostiquée comme liée à une bactérie présente dans des eaux stagnantes, et nous avons constaté d’autres commentaires allant dans le même sens. Ce point mérite d’être sérieusement amélioré.
Par ailleurs, un manque d’entretien des abords est visible par endroits (branches coupées laissées au sol, végétation non ramassée). C’est dommage pour un établissement de ce standing, car le lieu est réellement exceptionnel et pourrait être irréprochable.
The location and layout.
There was a rat in our room during the first night. We raised this with the hotel who dismissed our complaint. The rat returned on our second night. We complained again however the hotels response was poor and offered no compensation.
Las cabañas ubicadas en altura eran hermosas. Me encantó que la cabaña tuviera bicicletas para movilizarte.
Para ir a la cabaña hay que subir muchos escalones, asi que no la recomendaría para personas con alguna discapacidad motors

We liked the expansive property and the fun bungalows. The abundant staff were great. Use of the bikes and golf carts was also fun.
We didn’t really like the island much and the event / activities side have more work to do to provide activities to do due to how remote the hotel is. We also thought that the hotel could do a lot more from a service perspire than they did for the amt they charge. Also, due to the location, you should assume you will stay on property the whole time.
Ficámos na Isleta num bungalow com piscina privada e o quarto é LINDO e super confortável. A comida também é boa.
Tivemos um rato no quarto por conta de um buraco que permitia a entrada no bungalow, mas o staff resolveu no dia a seguir e ofereceram-nos uma garrafa de lambrusco como pedido de desculpa.

The place is amazing, the facilities are great, and the food is excellent. It was a very good overall experience. The room, the details, the gym, etc. Would go back for sure.
The breakfast at the Island was not as advertised. We got there and no one was there. There were a couple of employees that seemed almost upset that we were going to have breakfast there. The bar in the main restaurant (terrace) didn't have the wines that we wanted to order, and the bikes for transportation inside the hotel were old and very rusty, almost unusable.

Excelentes iInstalaciones y el personal muy atento de cada detalle durante la estadía. Alvaro muy atento de lo que pudiéramos necesitar y todo el personal a de A&B.
El baño tenía elementos rotos y falta limpieza. Falta de mantenimiento en el Turco. En el check out Anterno fue el único personal poco amable del hotel, lástima porque fue nuestra última impresión.
La propiedad me cargo dos veces un transporte. Negaron el error al principio y cuando conseguí demostrárselo parecía que iban a devolvérmelo
Han pasado varias semanas y ni contestan al correo… No he recibido mi reembolso aun. Muy desagradable el trato al cliente
