Relaxing, full of activities.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good overall. Lots of different foods available. Quality was generally good. Fruits were excellent and varied. Ice coffee was amazing. Arepas were a standout.

Cons:

Some of the baked goods were only fair in quality. Some of the beverages took a long time to make.

Fuyez et réservez sur l’autre hôtel de l’île !
Pros:

La plage est magnifique et la multitude d’animaux rend l’expérience inoubliable.

Cons:

Il est inapproprié d’appeler cet établissement «  hôtel ». Pas d’électricité ni d’eau dans la journée (se rincer après l’eau de mer c’est pas mal quand même), pas de possibilité de manger en dehors des heures imposées, repas devant être commandés 2h avant, carte courte et service désastreux. Commandes prises de façon désordonnées, donc à moitié, 1h30 d’attente pour une pizza et serveuse agacée quand on lui fait remarquer. Les prix sur place ne sont pas particulièrement abordables (évidement puisqu’on est captif). L’établissement di indique une navette bateau pour venir, puis cette dernière ne passe pas, puis la personne de l’accueil dit qu’elle ne gère pas les navettes pour venir (pratique vu que c’est une île !!!)… pour la navette du retour c’est pire, on nous annonce un horaire, puis quand on se présente on nous dit que le bateau est passé 30 min plus tôt et que c’est de notre faute puisqu’on a pas réservé alors qu’il n’est indiqué nul part que c’est sur réservation.
Le staff ne parle qu’espagnol, le manager est dépassé et au final les navettes de bateau nous ont coûté plus cher que la nuit d’hôtel !
Bref un tarif bas annoncé qui se retrouve x3 en fin de séjour.
L’établissement se repose sur son emplacement et la présence d’animaux (que vous devez payer pour voir !) ne justifie pas ce service horrible !

A lovely resort in beautiful surroundings with lovely staff.
Pros:

The location of the resort is outstanding, overall it blends in very well with the natural surroundings.
We stayed on the islet which was very well presented.
The staff were extremely welcoming and eager to please.
Food and drink was well presented and of good quality and portion size.

Cons:

Our room was opposite the beach resort on Cholon and from mid morning until late afternoon there was extremely loud music from all the visiting boats and the resort itself.
Breakfast is included in the room rate, and is very good but to be charged for a glass of water at the overall high room rate I found quite amazing. Ironically I could have had a juice included!

We weee not in main resort ... it's a five minute boat road if you ignore waiting for the boat and then time to get around the main resort Unlike rooms on main resorts no bikes are provided so add 290 minute wait for a bike .... it's just logistically hard
