Pros:

Beautiful room and serene location

Cons:

Room was very cold and we were charged extra for use of a heater (20 soles). Staff weren’t very friendly or helpful

No stay, no professionalism or empathy. Never recommend to my pisac community
Pros:

Nothing I made a mistake with dates and had every piece of attempted correspondence to change ignored - this app, phone, text and WhatsApp

Cons:

They deliberately ignored me and took me money when I wanted to stay on alternative dates- which I communicated immediately as soon as I noticed

Good potencial.
Cons:

Kitchen oven not working, not clean enough. Beds where hard, no additional table in room, only one chair. No hot water one night, just warm. Beds where not made, bathroom was not cleaned. Only after we complained.

Pros:

I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. Frank cools delicious eggs and the fresh bread varies. There is fresh juice and the view of the trees is lovely. The room was very clean all three times, and there is a skylight over the bathtub. The bathroom is very pretty and there are good pillows. The room is spacious, and Frank ( and the entire staff) ensure you have all you need .

Eigentlich eine schöne Anlage, aber leider schlecht gewartet.
Pros:

Die Lodge liegt etwas außerhalb von Pisac (nur günstig mit PKW), die Anlage ist hübsch gestaltet.

Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich und ausgesprochen lustlos, ganz untypisch für Peru. Der Frühstücksraum war ungepflegt, das Geschirr zum Teil schmutzig, das Brot alt.

Pros:

La atención del personal es malo, muy descortez, cuando llegamos de frente nos dijeron que no tenían nuestra reserva y éramos un grupo grande, el desayuno era prácticamente un pan para cada uno, el lugar donde esta el hotel es lindo se siente mucha paz, pero la atención deja mucho que decir

Muy desagradable la atencion. Lugar con gran potencial.
Pros:

El lodge esta bien, un lugar muy bonito, las habitaciones espaciosas y con vista al cerro y una quebrada, en general bien.

Cons:

La persona de la recepcion, muy mal educada. Habiamos reservado 2 habitaciones, una doble y una cuadruple. Cuando llegamos, ella no tenia idea de la reserva y dijo que la cuadruple estaba reservada a otra persona. Luego llamo a un jefe quoen le dijo que nos pasara dos doble (somos 6 en mi familia) por que no tenian cuadruples (dijo que no existen ese tipo de habitaciones). Las fotos de booking muestra que si tienen cuadruples. Y nos cobraron por una doble y otro precio por la cuadruple mas caro obviamente. Luego le pedimos un par de cosas a la persona de recepcion como palel higenico y mas toallas y todo sin saludar, mirar a la cara o nada. Cuando llegamos al desayuno no estaba preparado, tuvimos que esperar mucho rato, y el lugar estaba muy bien, lindisima vista, pero mal atendido y frio. Mus desagradable la mujer.

Très bel emplacement, environnement apaisant.
Pros:

L’emplacement de cet établissement est en retrait de la ville. Vue sur forêt et son de petit ruisseau vraiment apaisant. Beau grand balcon. Lits confortables. On peut facilement se rendre sur village à pieds par un sentier en bordure de forêt.

Cons:

Bien que nous ayons eu une belle assistance pour organiser un transport de Cusco en fin de soirée à un bon prix, le personnel sur place ne semble pas bien connaître la région et peut difficilement répondre à nos questions. Le service est correct, petit déjeuner aussi, si ça ne nous dérange pas d’entendre les émissions de télé ou leur musique constamment. Mais c’était propre. Et c’est vraiment beau, alors on a aimé notre séjour. D’autres établissements de la région proposent de prêter gratuitement des chaufferettes pour les nuits très froides. Pas ici. Mais y a des couvertures en masse !

silencioso pero un poco frío (fuimos en julio)
Pros:

La vista con arboles verdes y el río que pasa cerca. Se puede ir a Pisac caminando, tardas 20-30 minutos o en moto- carro. Es silencioso y retirado.

Cons:

Faltaba calefacción en la habitación. Tuvimos frío. Nos dieron mantas pero el aire estaba frío.

Pros:

Very enchanting scenery and location. Great, spacious room and bed, lovely balcony. Loved the ceiling windows and the natural light.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better, though. No juice, fruits, butter or marmelade... Also did not like I was charged extra for heating while there was no mention anywhere this will come with extra cost.
