Chambre ultra spacieuse et trés joliment décorée.
Piscine merveilleuse.
Trés bon petit déjeuner.
Dîner avec des plats de qualité inégale, mais à prix bas.
Excellent rapport qualité prix au global !

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Only comment was slight far from downtown. Very quick cab ride but not walkable.

L' hotel è molto bello, con piscina e palestra. Il ristorante per la colazione si trova nella strada di fronte. Purtroppo lo staff non ha mai risposto a numerose email inviate per prenotare dei transfer dalla stazione bus e aeroporto. La camera assegnatami, molto bella, era sull'ala in rifacimento, quindi con operai e calcinacci a terra. I portasapone erano quasi vuoti. In compenso la colazione era ricca e la qualità del sonno molto buona.

The hotel itself was a charming older hotel with a large room and nice fixtures. The bathroom was quite nice and spacious. The surrounding area offered very little. We were only staying for one night and we ended eating from the Big C (equivalent of 7-11) on a he corner. The pool, though not big, was nice. The breakfast buffet was so poor as to not qualify as breakfast at all but the fortunate and surprising exception was the coffee. The coffee was satisfactory but that may have been good timing as it was not fresh brewed but a pot sitting on a warming unit.

The room is spacious and nice, though the condition is a bit old. Staff are friendly. Room cleaning service is great.

Very nice structure, friendly staff. The only issue if that most of the staff speak very little English (or any other Western langiages) making communications awkward. I would really advise to have people at the reception learn English

A very nice place that is clean, comfortable and spacious.

Customer service was nice. Hotel was beautiful so castle like. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was huge. Bed was very comfortable. I loved it along with the pillows. Room service for food was quick and delicious. Free breakfast in restaurant was good. Has a shuttle to take you sightseeing certain areas/ night market. Free bicycle to ride/walkable. Spa just above restaurant was great. Will be back.

It was our first stay in Laos and we were very fortunate to have found this wonderful Hotel. the staff were so friendly the Hotel was beautiful all the furnishing and fittings were 5 star with an excellent restaurant we will return.

Absolutely beautiful property! Had a fancy suite with two floors, 2 BR, 2 Bath, Balcony, etc. Internet was about 4-5Mbps, good enough for work & Skype calls. Restaurant across the street was decent. Breakfast was less than average. Staff is very nice! Not much to walk around and see.

I enjoyed my stay at a very good hotel in Vientaine.
I will return when I next travel to Vientaine.

We arrived at 9:30AM after a long overnight drive from Thailand and were told we could not check in until 1:00PM even though the hotel was COMPLETELY empty. There was absolutely no reason for them to make us wait, and doing so amounts to the worst customer service experience.

Breakfast was terrible, there was barely anything to eat, except cold, runny eggs and literally a couple of slices of bacon.

The hotel is located far outside the city center in a residential area, and there is nothing to do, see or eat around there and there are no taxis.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The best suite we ever stayed on! Elegance and furniture to made the stay very pleasent. Breakfast was great!

Good:
The rooms are generally nice and relatively clean.

Bad:
1. Hotel offers mini van service pick up from hotel. Despite providing the hotel with my flight details in advance, the driver was 25+ mins late collecting me. In fact, I had to call the hotel to remind them.

2. The WiFi is advertised as ‘fast’ according to Speedtest.net it averaged 1Mbps. Signal continually cuts out!

3. The breakfasts are appalling. The worst that I have ever had in a hotel...EVER! Limited select and cold. Not replenished by staff.

4. Swimming pool is always dirty. Never once saw it being cleaned.

5. On our last day the hotel had a private function (company selling toilets). Loud party music was played until 1am outside in the pool area. The music was ridiculously loud. No care about guest who were trying to sleep! So in our final night we had zero sleep.

6. Room toiletries are not enough for two people.

7. Coffee machine provided in the room but no coffee pods! Am I supposed to bring my own?

8. One night tried to order room service and was told “no”. How is this even possible in a *hotel*?

9. Booked taxi back to the airport at 11am. Was forced to wait 20 mins for other guest? No care that I had a plane to catch. Why does the taxi that I booked revolve around other guest? Are we all catching the same plane at the same time? What if I missed my plane?

All in all, this hotel charges premium prices and yet offers a budget service. Quite literally the *WORST* hotel experience

We had a wonderful time here. The hotel is new and very beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. The only real drawback was that the breakfast was quite bad. It is presented as a buffet but in reality there are only 3-4 things to choose from (and the warm dishes such as eggs and meat are served cold). We loved everything else about the hotel.
