Es un lugar pequeño, pero agradable, fuera de todo el bullicio del centro de la ciudad. Están haciendo algunos arreglos pero nada que te perturbe. Tienes de cerca centros comerciales, restaurantes, tiendas, dulcerias. Entre otros... Por el precio el valor percibido es excelente... Gracias

Cons:

Quizá la remodelación, o el aire acondicionado un poquito ruidoso, por lo demás todo muy bien.

Me quedé 27 días en el Hotel, el personal super amable, las instalaciones bonitas, la habitación que elegí fue la suit y me gustó mucho, era amplia, luminosa y tenía todo lo que yo necesitaba. La zona donde se encuentra el hotel es super segura, tranquila, hay muchos restaurantes, farmacias y supermercados cerca. Al frente hay un parque que es perfecto para los que viajan con niños.
El desayuno es bueno pero creo que te deberían tener más variedad para personas que están más de una semana alojada porque se torna un poco aburrido. El personal muy amable tanto del turno de la mañana como de la noche.

Cons:

Es una sugerencia: tener dos o tres opciones de desayuno porque para las personas que se quedan más de una semana se torna muy aburrido siempre tomar y comer lo mismo.
segunda sugerencia: para las personas que viajen con niños creo que el hotel debería incluir en el desayuno americano leche en vez de Café, es decir, otra opción para que los niños también disfruten del desayuno.

Al personal de recepción le falta capacitación para resolver los inconvenientes que se presentan....les dices y no resuelven. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, 2 veces tuvieron que entrar a mi habitación y ni así lo resolvieron...no nos dieron el desayuno del 1ro de enero y ni nos avisaron al ingresar y el desayuno es lo mismo todos los días, no tienen variedad 😒
La ubicación es buena, las instalaciones son buenas pero el aire acondicionado de mi habitación estaba malo.....podrian tener mejor servicio y por la tanto buena calificación.
