La ubicación. El servicio en general. Las piscinas. El servicio de spa.

Pésimo estado de la habitación. Cables sueltos en el balcón, paredes todas escritas, y el colchón totalmente vencido.
La cochera es pésima, sin espacio suficiente para maniobrar. De hecho tuvimos un inconveniente al 2do día tratando de ingresar el vehículo. Habíamos avisado que íbamos con camioneta y nunca nos alertaron de la poca capacidad del estacionamiento. Y no solo eso, de casualidad nos enteramos que cuentan con garage para vehículos más grandes! No tenían pensado ofrecer dicha cochera!.
Pedimos hablar con el gerente y nunca nos respondió el llamado. Aún Cuando nos comentaron que había estado dando vueltas por el hotel. PÉSIMA PREDISPOSICIÓN PARA HACERSE CARGO ANTE DICHA EVENTUALIDAD.
NO VOLVERÍA JAMÁS. DEJAN MUCHO QUE DESEAR EN EL TRATO A LOS CLIENTES.

Excelente ubicación. A orillas del mar y a escasas cuadras del centro. Nos dieron un kit de playa con sombrilla y reposeras. Muy buena predisposición y la atención del personal. El departamento que nos tocó le faltaba mantenimiento. Tenía manchas de humedad y goteaba el techo (seguramente había un caño pinchado). El desayuno estaba bastante bien. En general, es una aceptable opción.

It was a nice hotel with an excellent location, It was right across from the beach and very close to town. We had a balcony over looking the beach. It had a nice pool area. The building is a little old but that gave it charm. The hotel staff didn't speak English and we spoke very little Spanish but they did everything they could to communicate with us and help us with what we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is in a great location right on the beach front. The parking is good in an underground carpark (costs extra) but the access is very narrow! Hotel itself is nice but dated, some of the buttons dont work in the lifts - we were on the 5th floor and had to go to the 4th floor and walk up because '5' didnt work. The room was pleasant enough and staff friendly, but were it not for my spanish speaking wife there would have been issues with communication (no English speaking staff working at the time). The breakfast for a four star hotel was very basic with a few patisseries and not much else on offer. The spa/sauna facilities are nice, but be sure to book an appointment slot in advance to use this as we stayed for one night and almost didnt get to use any of the spa facilities! But the facilities were really nice, with sauna/spa bath treatment included with our stay.
