El spa y el restaurante japonés son espectaculares.
El servicio de Carolina en la recepción deja mucho que desear. Dejé una balaca en el hotel y llamé al día siguiente temprano a preguntar. Se demoraron varias horas en avisarme que si estaba y les pedí bajarlo a la recepción. Al recogerlo mandé a mi hijo y yo me quedé esperando en el carro. Ella muy displicente le dijo : no guardamos ese tipo de cosas. Me tuve que bajar yo a preguntar y muy displicente me dijo : pero la balaca tenía un dije o algo ? Como si no fuera importante al no ser de valor. Me dijo que no guardaban esas cosas y me miró mal. La balaca no estaba en la recepción y me tocó esperar bastante rato a que la bajaran. Esa no es la atención esperada en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Pongo buena calificación porque el hotel es bueno pero Carolina definitivamente no los representa bien. Lo trata a uno como un aparecido.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Hyatt. The location is excellent, the rooms are modern and spotless, and the overall atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and polite. It offered great value for a luxury stay. Will absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing experience at Grand Hyatt. The facilities are absolutely top-notch, modern, and spotlessly clean. Every detail seems to have been carefully thought out to ensure guest comfort.
A fantastic hotel with all amenities a guest can wish for. Great breakfast with lots of food to choose from. Rooms are very convenient, clean and spacious. Bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub, and above all great soap (Loto del sur acacia amazonas). Overall a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. Service is great, very friendly staff and with a personal touch to it.
I love staying here, the staff is friendly, attentive, and kind! I feel ike I'm coming home to stay with family. Always making me feel like family.
