The location is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lovely coffee shop and bakery, along with a great gym and pool.
The numerous events made it difficult to fully relax. The presence of some hairs in the bathroom was a bit disappointing.
On par with the best Grand Hyatts out there (e.g., Hong Kong, Tokyo), the Grand Hyatt Bogota provides a luxurious oasis. The spa facilities are perfect to unwind after a day of site seeing. Our suite, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Andeas, was stylish and oh so cozy with the perfect bedding. The service from every member of the team, from housekeeping to the restaurant to the front desk, was warm and informative. I can confidently say that I fell in love with the Grand Hyatt Bogota and can't wait to return.
I was only there for a very short stay. Since I had a red-eye flight, I booked two nights but checked out at 9:00 PM on the second day. The hotel itself is beautiful. While it’s not in a central location, the area felt nice and it was easy to get around to everything. There was also a fantastic shopping mall within walking distance.
Even though the hotel was very busy during my stay, the service was outstanding—you would never have known how full it was. As a Globalist, I was upgraded to a corner suite, and the room was perfect.
Because my visit was so brief, I didn’t get to use many of the facilities, but I did stop by the club lounge and found everything there to be wonderful. There were plenty of snack options, along with complimentary wine and beer. I also had breakfast in the main restaurant, where everything was fresh and delicious.
I absolutely loved the Grand Hyatt Bogotá and would definitely return!
