Recognizing Hilton employees
Pros:

I want to give special recognition to Fernando and Guiselle from the breakfast restaurant. Fernando was incredibly attentive, extremely kind, and made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The way he treated me stood out in a way I have rarely experienced at any Hilton property.

Together, Fernando and Guiselle truly made my stay at this particular Hilton a memorable one. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made such a positive difference in my experience. They are an excellent example of what Hilton hospitality should be, and I sincerely hope they receive the recognition they deserve.

A great breakfast!

How refreshing to have a complimentary hotel breakfast with actual real plates and silverware. There was a very nice selection of food and it was quite tasty. I was greeted by Carlo with a big smile and Fernando was walking from table to table offering coffee refills. They were professional, courteous and truly gave wonderful customer service. 10/10
The hotel offered a digital key that actually worked, room ready on time, greeted with a smile and a warm cookie! I was automatically upgraded to a two room sweet which was spacious and clean. Comfy bed.

The suite had ample space, much needed for stays with kids.
Fernando & Flor at the restaurant were great! They provided excellent service at the breakfast buffet.
Isabella and Florencia at the front desk were very helpful as well.
