Just ok .
Pros:

Clean , fresh and good location . Food was very good , lunch and breakfast

Cons:

Have stayed in much more luxurious 5 star hotels , even in Belfast !
5 star to me is luxurious and special… this wasn’t.

Small things that collectively made the stay a bit irksome:
- checkin insistence at 3 pm (most hotels are flexible when available)
- room view looked nothing like the booking ad
- no mini fridge
- hairdryer sounded like a jet engine

Great for a short stay, comfy and does the job
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were very friendly especially John Mac on the door, brilliant help and great restaurant suggestions. Bed is big and comfy.

Cons:

Rooms are quite small, and they don’t have a fridge.
No spa facilities at hotel, although you do get robes in your room.
Also the lighting is very weird in the rooms, master switch needs to put on before you can operate any other lights, and room is never in complete darkness due to light coming from bathroom

Silver Wedding Anniversary

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary the staff couldn't do enough for us complimentary wine and cup cakes for our anniversary throughly enjoyable weekend
