Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very modern and very well kitted out hotel in Belfast. Liked the cocktail bar on the top floor. Pricey cocktails but service was excellent.

Had to queue for breakfast as lots of tables were free but not cleared also we left 1 key card in our room and house keeping removed it along with the remote control for the tv no explanation given

Overpriced
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff were friendly and nice.

Cons:

Overpriced. For a 5 star hotel I felt underchanged. No fridge in room (unbelievable). Ground bar not a great atmosphere but the 1st floor lounge was nice. The top floor bar overpriced gimmick in my opinion. No smoking area only the front entrance to the hotel and no where to extinguish your cigarette. 3 lifts but awfully slow to call. Room was clean but not to a standard of 5 star. I have stayed in other hotels in the city that felt more luxurious.
