Overrated hotel but good location
Pros:

Observatory bar was amazing but unfortunately staff were disappointing very slow service

Cons:

Receptionist was very unfriendly

Amazing
Pros:

Amazing hotel second time staying there! Brilliant staff so polite and helpful! Lily at reception in particular went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

lovely hotel but very expensive - comparable stays nearby for less
Pros:

great location and lovely presentation in communal areas
nice breakfast
very clean
very comfortable bed
pleasant staff

Cons:

very slow service in the sea horse bar despite only about 15 people in it when i was there - couldn’t order at bar but took about 30 minutes to get a drink between wait to order and then wait for it to be served

Really poor, won’t be back
Pros:

Excellent location, room was clean and bed was comfortable

Cons:

The staff were not welcoming, the receptionist had minimal to no people skills , service was poor, waited 10mins for a knife to butter toast, had to ask again and by this point toast was cold
I had requested due to allergies non feather pillows and duvet, after a fab day in Belfast had to phone down at 11.30 pm to reception to get these , 10mins later had to go
Down to reception to chase this , took 30 mins to sort this issue and the staff member at reception was less than enthusiastic to help.
The duvet also didn’t fit the duvet cover and was like
Sleeping with a sheet.
For a five star hotel the overall experience was appalling and would have had a better easier stay at the local premier inn or moxy hotel .
Then only positive was the duty house keeping manager the following day taking responsibility for the bedding mistake and apologising, she was lovely. Fully appreciate these mistakes happen but the overall service was far from a five star experience
We will not be returning and
Would suggest if you wnat a a good value
Better experience to look elsewhere .

Pros:

Staff were lovely, hotel was clean, room was clean and nicely prepared

Cons:

Security door latch had been broken and poorly repaired, honestly felt that one detail let the hotel down so much as it's so well prepared in every other way

Overpriced and disappointing
Pros:

Cons:

The lifts were extremely slow so we took the stairs which us to a dead end, the only way of exit was walking through the restaurant
