Disappointed as usually well stocked rooms however this was not available
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The room had not been restocked appropriately.

There were minimal tea bags with only fruit teabags available and no English breakfast or green tea.
There was coffee however no milk for this which meant we were unable to use the facilities in the room for this.

Lovely location and hotel but a gesture when things go wrong would be welcomed.

Two errors made with charges and it took 3 calls after my stay to get these sorted. Also, the lifts are a disaster!

A pleasant stay
Pros:

Central location, nice meal in the foyer restaurant

Cons:

This is not of 5 star quality. Room fit out is not of a high standard and no hotel gym.

Average guilty of cost cutting in restaurant
Pros:

Comfy bed.pillows too soft

Cons:

Did not provide real butter at breakfast. Request for a second pot of tea came as the first pot topped up with hot water which tasted dreadful.
Reception area very cold.
