Pros:

Primeiramente do atendimento na chegada atendente super educada e simpática

Cons:

Pela parte da manhã quando acordei por volta das 9h muito barulho provocado por camas sendo arrastadas e os funcionários com tom de voz muito elevado conversando em voz alta nos corredores e um hotel com corredores isso faz dar eco e esse eco entra para dentro dos quartos as vezes nem e por maldade apenas isso deixa a desejar

Pros:

Tudo muito organizado, limpo, equipe muito solicita, com boa localização a 6 minutos de Porto Alegre, superou muito as minhas expectativas

Cons:

O Café na recepção! Deveria ter uma garrafa térmica com um cafezinho na recepção, tem uma maquina de café solúvel, ao custo de R$ 9,00... ao comprar o café... me senti lezado... horrivel.

Could be good maybe in a bedroom faraway from the reception and be carrefull with reservations.
Pros:

Was clean and air works welll, the breakfast was ok! The scramble eggs smells bad, but the other options takes its place and the generally the breakfast was good!

Cons:

To much noise, the bedroom in the second floor was posible to listen conversation and sound until 2 am...I booked A room for one price 1 month earlier, in the check-in they informed that my reservation was for single bad with shared bathroom and no breakfast! That I should do a upgrade and pay 50% plus the price of reservation to get a normal bedroom with bathroom and breakfast! So I did! They also request to cancel the booking.
