Pros:

- Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter!
- Kulanz! (Salzgrotten-Gutschein statt Thermalbad, da keine Badesachen dabei / Möglichkeit der Terassennutzung zum Frühstück -> regulär wäre allerdings noch angenehmer ;)
- Sauberkeit!

- Im Appartement: Großes Fenster, großer Spiegel, schöner Teppich, gemütlicher Sesselstuhl, runder Tisch, Matratze sehr gut /1 m breit (Einzelbett)

Cons:

- Zimmer zum Hof nicht so ruhig, wie erhofft (Lüftungsgeräusche vom Hof, Freitag bis Mitternacht laute liveMusik von draußen), bei geschlossenem Fenster jedoch ruhig
- Flur hellhörig und alle Türen schließen laut (Zimmer, Fahrstuhl), aber wenn Ruhe, dann sehr ruhig
- Terassennutzung zum Frühstück nur "kulanterweise"
- im Appartement: Flurbereich und Schränke ungemütlich

Usměvavý personál (od recepce, přes obsluhu u snídaně a večeře až po kuchaře a uklízečku).

Cons:

V popisu bylo uvedeno, že pokoj má saunu. Jaké bylo ale zjištění, že to pokoj nemá (žádný pokoj v hotelu).
Za nás klamavá informace.

Pros:

We had a room with a balcony which was absolutely wonderful as the weather was very hot when we stayed. It was very pleasant to sit outside and look it the beautiful architecture and passers-by.
The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and not far from the bus and train stations and the main part of Karlovy Vary.
A small delight was our bedroom's most beautifully upholstered armchair.
I would certainly stay again.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysty i schludny pokój. Śniadania bardzo dobre z dużym wyborem dań

Pros:

Zimmer mit Balkon. Alles vorhanden einschl. Safe und Kühlschrank. Frühstücksangebot sehr gut. Gute Lage - alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Bad: Rutschfeste Wanneneinlage fehlt. Beleuchtung am Spiegel und Vergrößerungsspiegel wären hilfreich.

Struttura pulita ed ordinata. Camera spaziosa pulita con materasso e cuscino comodi. Bagno normale con shampoo. Asciugamani nella norma. Colazione buona.
Posizione perfetta parcheggio moto di fronte all'hotel.
