Top Lage und super Aussicht vom Balkon aus. Super freundliches Personal. Essen perfekt..

Das einzige was uns gestört hat war, dass bei der Dusche relativ wenig Wasser raus kommt...

Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni.
Pros:

Snídaně byla chutná na pestrá na dobré úrovni. Lokalita byla ideální snadno jsme z ní dosáhli všechna místa která jsme zamýšleli navštívit.

Cons:

Nenašli jsme závažnějších nedostatků. Pouze držák na sprchu by uvolněný od zdi a obtížně se ovládal přepínač sprcha / vana na baterii.

Kein Parkplatz am Hotel. Das Frühstück müsste verbessert werden.

Celkově velká spokojenost s cenovou dostupností.
Pros:

Lokalita, restaurace v prostorách hotelu, chování personálu, velmi chutná snídaně.

Cons:

Absence varné konvice, čaje a instantní kávy pro přípravu. To je standard cca v 90% hotelů této kategorie.

Un hôtel pratique pour visiter Karlovy Vary
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal : très proche du centre ville ! Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique.
Pour le parking, il s'agit des places dans la rue, gratuit de 18h à 7h. Sinon il y a un parking à 5 min à pied qui coûte 300 couronnes la journée.

Cons:

Rien à signaler !

地點好，搭乘巴士前往方便。

Cons:

房間太舊太舊了，而且跟我原本預定的房型不一樣。但是櫃檯說因為房間都滿了，而且沒有熱水，我只好接受。

Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderbar, ein Katzensprung zur Fußgängerzone.
Ein angegliedertes Restaurant mit typisch tschechischer Küche, sehr zu empfehlen!
Angenehme Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum.
24h Rezeption mit Nachtportier.
Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt, man muß nur fragen.

Cons:

Wenigstens eine Wasserflasche bei der Ankunft wäre freundlich gewesen. Bis man einkaufen geht.
Sollte das Hotel als Standard übernehmen.
Einen Kaffee mit aufs Zimmer nehmen nur im Pappbecher, leider. Ich hätte das entsprechende Geschirr auch gerne wieder runtergebracht.
Dies sind zwar nur Kleinigkeiten, machen aber den Unterschied aus.
