Leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Einige Angestellten waren bemüht Probleme zu klären.

Cons:

Die angebotene Halbpension wurde abends in einem anderen Hotel angeboten, welches gute 700m entfernt war. Meine Partnerin hat ein operiertes Sprunggelenk und der Weg zum Essen war eine Belastung. Leider wurde das bei der Buchung so nicht angegeben, sonst hätten wir das Hotel nicht gebucht. Auch das System mit Abholung von Essenmarken für die Einnahme des Abendessens war eine Katastrophe, es war lediglich an einem Abend Marken vorhanden. Diese wurden auch erst an dem gleichen Abend ausgegeben, nicht komplett. Wir musste regelmäßig warten, aber die Angestellten klärten das telefonisch oder durch Überschreibung anderer Rabattmarken(Pool). Das System ist eine absolute Katastrophe und trübt den Urlaub. Latest Checkout wurde einfach dazugebucht und auf Nachfrage, hieß es nicht 10Uhr , sondern erst 11 Uhr. Damit waren wir nicht einverstanden. Für 30€ mehr eine Stunde später auschecken ist nicht angemessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat sich nicht geändert während unseres Aufenthaltes und das Buffet in dem anderen Hotel, entsprach definitiv nicht vier Sternen.

Malá, avšak výborná snídaně. Hotel nabízel rozmanité pokrmy, pomazánky, cerálie, teplé a studené jídlo, teplé a studené nápoje. Byla to útulná místnost.

Cons:

Nevědomost personálu kde a v kolik hodin jsou večeře, které byly v externím hotelu Winsdor. Na zalaminovaných kartičkách nebylo napsané, od kdy do kdy jsou, nevěděl to ani recepční. Když jsme do hotelu poprvé přišli, večeře právě končily.

Ideal hotel for the money.
Pros:

Don't expect a luxury hotel, but we had everything for a pleasant week's stay. The receptionist (you can see her on the main page) was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us a kettle and cups on check-in, which we used during our stay. In my opinion, the location was the best in town, equally close to the promenade and the city business center. All this can be reached without going up and down, which is rare for this city.
The room was perfectly clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was functional. The balcony with the wonderful view was great. Overall, the room was simple but very convenient.
The breakfast was adequate with the usual choice of food and tasty cakes.

Cons:

From the street to the reception, you have to go up about 10 steps, which can be a problem for older persons with luggage.
