La ubicación es ideal para el sector de Chapinero y alrededores con una tarifa mas baja.

Cons:

El hotel claramente era un motel (con la connotación que en Colombia esto significa) y aún presta servicio de esta manera, lo cual no es anunciado y genera una experiencia poco grata en el alojamiento. Adicionalmente el agua caliente no funcionaba, lo cual para una ciudad como Bogotá es fundamental.
