Ändamålsenlig.
Pros:

Bra med pentry.

Cons:

Det var byggarbeten och inplastat runt lägenheten och det stod byggställningar ivägen för dörren. Borrning o dyl började lite väl tidigt.

Cons:

Dåligt utrustat kök !!! Fanns varken kastrull, stekpanna eller skålar. Svårt att fixa måltider. Dåliga sängar.Har tidigare bott många gånger i lägenheter på hotellet som varit toppen men nr 78 är inte värt pengarna .

Ikke hotell men leilighetsbygg. Trenger massiv oppussing særlig utvendig.

Det fanns vad man behövde för ett självhushåll, dock bodde vi bara 1 natt och gjorde egen frukost, men lagade ingen mat . Terrassen var en bonus, dock hade den sett sina bästa dagar, men det fanns bord och stolar. Och vi hade bra läge längst ner och med eftermiddagssol.

Cons:

Första gången vi bodde här serverades frukost och det hade varit trevligt om det fanns tillgängligt. Det fanns ett extra kylskåp som inte verkade färdiginstallerat men det fungerade till skillnad från det som fanns i köksdelen. För övrigt så behövs en allmän uppfräschning. Färgen flagade på husen och terrassen, brädorna såg ut att ha legat där väldigt länge. Läget är ju jättefint med sjön nedanför och strandpromenaden till badplatsen.

Mycket halvfärdigt och icke fungerande i första lägenheten. Vi fick byta efter 1 natt. Den var mycket bättre men ostädat.

Pros:

Bra inredning i allmänhet. Köket och badrummet var var bra. Dubbelsängen hade behövt en extra madrass för att gömma hålet mellan de två sidorna. Terassen var väldigt sliten och gammal.
