Pros:

I love the wooden house and the environnement and also the kindness of the landlords, they answer very quick all the questions and hey helped us a lot. Many thanks it's was a wonderful experience.

溫馨愜意小木屋，適合家庭、情侶、三五好友相聚旅遊～
Pros:

因是小木屋兩人房型式，閣樓只有一張床無電視，有些單調及不便，
老闆娘非常熱情有禮，十分大方、服務態度佳，
住屋由老闆親自打造，親和力強，乾淨清潔維持良好，
環境臨步道、河圳，相當悠閒與愜意～

Pros:

WIFI 不佳，完全無法使用；房間內有蜘蛛網；枕頭棉絮／粉塵多；
洗澡的熱水很強不錯，但浴室與房間落差二個階梯，很危險；
冷氣聲音很大，對著床吹不太舒服，也會忽冷忽熱。
小毛巾底下都是小螞蟻的屍體；
電視有HBO 不錯

適合晴天入住的民宿
Pros:

剛好遇到宜蘭連續下雨，住小木屋舒適度稍微降低，房間乾淨，廁所無窗戶，除濕機和冷氣開著除濕還算舒適。訂兩間房剛好在隔壁，互通的走廊會被打開的門擋住有點不方便（若是不同住客沒有這個問題）。網速看劇順暢。停車方便，石板路，下雨天有積水，小木屋有階梯，不需要的行李可以放車上。提供中式早餐，提供冷熱開水，服務態度親切，有問題也能協助解決。旁邊就是冬山河，一直下雨周圍環境不能好好欣賞有點可惜。

Pros:

房間狀況和照片是相同的，但沒拍出來的浴室非常簡陋，雖是乾濕分離，但馬桶的管線臭味會不時的飄出來，很不舒服。

床單有潮濕的霉味，浴室的大毛巾也要和櫃台索取才會提供。

早餐餐廳空間很小，假日兩個家庭進去就滿了，還要一到附近的木屋包廂，但木屋包廂並未有餐點，要來回取用餐點很不方便，若遇到下雨應該更慘....

早上長輩起早要外出散步，民宿的3隻守門狗非常的兇，不給外出，可惜了那個早晨。

離冬山河很近，走路就可以到，若去童玩節是很方便。

一這樣的價位，對應這樣的品質，不是很OK，下次不會再去。
