Ich wurde circa um 700 € betrogen. Ich hatte die Sweet Deluxe mit Meerblick gebucht 52qm groß . Mir wurde dann eine normales Sweet ohne mehr Blick gegeben . Wo ich ankam so wie es aussah haben Sie mein Apartment, was ich gebucht hatte, für einen teuren Preis an jemand anderen verkauft dann haben die einfach eine Zimmer gegeben, was da war und mir gesagt, nimm das oder kannst du gehen! Das Gespräch hatte ich mit den Besitzer und sein Sohn.
wir hatten keine Wahl und ich wollte mir den Urlaub nicht komplett kaputt machen Aber schade hätte ich nicht damit gerechnet nie wieder dahin.
Ich dachte, Booking ist sicher !!

Absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Super nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück, alles sehr sauber. Gemütliche Zimmer mit komfortablem Bett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Cons:

Wenn man überhaupt etwas sagen will, hat uns eigentlich nur die Musik am Strand gestört und dass die Straße zwischen Strand und Hotel doch recht befahren ist. Aber kein Grund, den Aufenthalt nicht zu genießen

מלון בוטיק יפיפה עם מלא אוירה וסטייל
קיבלו אותנו בחיוך ועם welcome drinks מפנקים וישבנו בכניסה המהממת (הכל פתוח ועם נוף לים) עד לקבלת החדרים .
הזמנתי 2 חדרים צמודים עם מרפסת וגישה ישירה לבריכה והחדרים היו מושלמים !
מאובזרים, נקיים , מרווחים .
המסעדה של המלון מצויינת - אוכל טעים ומחיר הוגן ותואם לשאר המסעדות

ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת ומלאה בכל טוב .
קפוצ׳ינו , שוקו חם, אייס קפה - הכל ללא הגבלה - מכינים במקום אספרסו איכותי ממכונה מקצועית
(לי זה היה ממש חשוב )

הצוות מהמם! שירותיים נעימים ואדיבים .

חוף ים פרטי (משלמים על כיסאות ושמשיה) אבל כך לאורך כל החוף

הבריכה קרה ממש . לא ממש אפשר היה להיכנס למים . הילדים נכנסו לקצת אבל ממש רעדו
הגענו באוקטובר . היה חם ממש בבוקר אבל בערב קר.
היה מושלם אם הבריכה היתה קצת מחוממת וכולם היו יכולים להיכנס להנות ממנה

היתה טוב! תודה רבה!

בית מלון יפיפה על חוף היום במקום מרכזי, מסביב סופר מרקט ומסעדות מעולות (בדגש על מסעדת ״מרינה״, השכרת רכב ועוד..
קבלת הפנים היתה חמה מאוד וקיבלנו 3 שוברים למשקה חינם.
הבריכה יפה, המקום יחסית נקי והחדר מרווח ומאובזר.
ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת! צוות נחמד מאוד ( מלבד עובדת מלון אחת מקועקעת שלא היתה נחמדה בארוחת בוקר/ערב)

היו הרבה יתושים בחדר, חשוב לוודא ריסוס,
מה גם לנקות את שרידי היתושים שנותרו מעל הקירות.
בנוסף, חדר המקלחת לא נוח, יותר נכון, לא קיים חדר מקלחת. יש מקלחון סגור שיוצא ישר לחדר ואין פרטיות במידה וצריך להתנגב או להתלבש.
בנוסף, יחסית למחיר ששולם, לא רואה סיבה לגבות מאורחי המלון תשלום עבור מיטות שיזוף בחוף.

Un personnel excellent et courtois et un très bel hôtel
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé le design de l'hôtel, qui est beau et très pratique, le personnel, en particulier l'incroyable réceptionniste Adriana, qui nous a aidé à chaque demande et toujours avec bonne volonté et sourire, et aussi Marina, qui a fourni un service incroyable en servant le petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Peut-être ajouter un deuxième ascenseur dans la zone ouest de l'hôtel, même si nous nous en sommes très bien sortis sans ascenseur car il n'y avait qu'un seul étage.
