Avena Boutique Hotel by Artery Hotels

Location is excellent- 10 minute walk to the main square. Quite a long walk for locations south of the river, but for most attractions, excellent location. Room was average. Average size, no safe, lacking some toiletries and facial tissues. Also charges me for breakfast although I'm fairly certain i prepaid for this.

Boa localização. Atendimento muito bom. Pegamos um quarto com uma sala, bastante espaçoso , porem as camas (twin) eram muito, mas muito estreitas. Banheiro tamanho bom. Cafe da manhã é OK. Poderia ser melhor com bolos frescos, feitos no dia!

Really lovely hotel in a traditional building that’s been nicely restored. Rooms are compact but very comfortable and we had one of the few rooms with a balcony overlooking the rear terrace. The bar was great, although we didn’t try the food. Loved the water machines on each floor and the refillable glass bottles on each room. Flat 20min stroll to the old town - good location.

An sich ok, aber nicht sicher. man knan einfach die rezeption gehen und nach einer karte fragen und ohne eine einzige nachfrage bekommt man diese.

Goed hotel, dichtbij (loopafstand) van de oude stad. Ontbijt was uitgebreid. Kamer was zeer ruim en goed voorzien van alle faciliteiten.

Hotel was in a great location tram & bus stop literally across the road 15 min walk to the main square hotel nice & clean good breakfast

Hotel was nice and located in a good location. The check in guy did not seem very attentive. Seems too distracted with phone or computer.

Absolutely amazing, lovely staff, great services, sauna and gym in the basement and super clean. Well worth the price

Petite chambre sans bureau, ni bouteille d'eau, ni mouchoir. Bar fermé à 10h. Enregistrement pour le petit déjeuner.
Hôtel usine, optimisé au détriment des clients.

Todo muy bien. Pero no me subieron de categoría y no me lo ofrecieron. No estamos de acuerdo con eso.

Mycket bra och trevligt hotell centralt i Krakow

Trevligt och modernt hotell på lagom gångavstånd från gamla stan. Dygnet runt service.
Enda nackdelen var att bastun var stängd för reparation. Frukosten var inte jättebra men det fanns att välja på.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and beds very comfortable. Staff were very obliging with all our needs. Easy to get to from the airport and only a 10 minute walk away from the old town. We would stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I’d be more than happy to stay again if I go back to Krakow. The hotel is a short 15/20 minute walk to the Old Town and roughly the same to Glowny station, so really handy to get to and from the airport.

The area around the hotel/ the city in general felt very safe even late at night. Small supermarket across the road for any bits and pieces you need.

Beautiful hotel, not advised about parking charges and receptionist not the friendliest upon arrival to be fair, never the less a superb clean hotel would stay again
