已訂房成功，為何不讓我去住？
Pros:

我在當天早上確認訂房，並且連訂3晚多人房，
Hotels.com 也寄確認信確認訂房完成，
但是當我下午三點要辦入住手續時，他們說找不到我的訂單，也沒有空床，所以請我換到附近民宿住。我說已經訂房不能取消，他們說客房全滿，不能讓我住。我不知道為什麼！怎麼會這樣呢？明明就已經訂了，怎麼他們說沒有呢？請找出原因，不要再發生了，這實在困擾！我後來必須用更高的價錢到附近住。原來的又不能取消，取消要付錢，但是我不要取消，我是要去住的，怎麼會這樣呢？他們不讓我住，是否也會扣款呢？

Muy buen servicio.
Pros:

un muy buen lugar, tiene una hubicacion muy central ya que esta en el poblado, cerca a lugares de muy buena fiesta, gastronomia, y el metro de medellin.
Como hotel tiene una terraza muy bonita, en la cual se puede tomar unas cervezas y pasar un rato agradable.
