Wasn't happy at all and wouldn't recommend anyone staying there

Breakfast started to late

Cons:

Charge me extra when checking in. Had to put up a non refundable damage deposit

Clean comfortable affordable hotel!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and a lot of options.

Cons:

Some of the staff at the front desk didn't greet us when we came in to the hotel.
Dakota was great though, very friendly and efficient.

Great stay! Definitely recommend :)
Pros:

I stayed here on & off for the better part of 2 months for a work project and cannot recommend this location enough! Close to stores for last minute needs or regular shopping and close enough to the commercial zone in Obetz.
The staff is very friendly and helpful - always at the desk for any needs!

Cons:

I wish they had more lactose free options at breakfast but this is super specific! The options they had daily always looked very yummy.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was super welcoming, and offered us complimentary drinks and snacks. The hotel is in a great/safe neighborhood, with lots of shopping and dining near by. The hotel is super clean, and recently updated. The pool is very nice and clean. The breakfast area has lots of seating and food options.

Pros:

I would love to tell you but they gave away our room after I had already checked in and confirmed our time. The receptionist Luke was so rude and would not help me at all. Could not even apologize. I realize I got the room months and months ago for a cheaper price and that Luke gave my room away for more money due to the festival that was in town but his attitude alone was atrocious. We were sent to another hotel that we knew nothing about but thankfully it was 10 times better.

Some days there was little to eat because they wouldn't make scrambled eggs, and I couldn't eat what was offered (I am gluten free and dairy free).
