We were on floor 4 which was fine except the elevator legit shaked and was making a crazy noise so I only took it once and then had to take the stairs after bc it gave me a panic attack. So we had to keep carrying stuff up and down 4 flights bc the elevator is janky
Previous comment . Plus wasn’t as clean as idk like . Tub needs to grout/caulk it appeared dirty looking bc it was so old so a fresh count would do wonders . Plus the carpet stain that looked like blood

In room coffee maker quit after first cup.
Staff members where very nice and helpful. The location is perfect because its next to the highway for going to sonic temple (about 15-20mins.) drive there. Its also next to restaurants and general stores if you need something. The room is really clean and doesn’t smell and no damage. Great breakfast as well and the price was also amazing. I’ve been to other hotels for same price and they weren’t the same feeling.
Wish the tv had more channels to choose from but that’s ok.

The rooms were spacious
Need sheets were dirty. Staff didnt give us clean shirts until 3 hours later at midnight. I was charged more than original price and then was charged twice for random amounts even after checking out. Reaching management was impossible.
Breakfast started to late
Charge me extra when checking in. Had to put up a non refundable damage deposit

Some of the staff at the front desk didn't greet us when we came in to the hotel.
Dakota was great though, very friendly and efficient.
I stayed here on & off for the better part of 2 months for a work project and cannot recommend this location enough! Close to stores for last minute needs or regular shopping and close enough to the commercial zone in Obetz.
The staff is very friendly and helpful - always at the desk for any needs!
I wish they had more lactose free options at breakfast but this is super specific! The options they had daily always looked very yummy.
