Had to move room and no heat dirty and no hot water let run for 20 minutes and still cold and the service was no good will never stay there again should not be on your list bad news for you guys the worsted place i ever stayed cupboard broken

Too much unsafe

Absolutely horrible. Very run down. Broken furniture. Cigarette burns on blanket. The air conditioner looked like the filter wasn't cleaned at all this summer so we had to clean the nastiness off it. Walmart cheap pillows that go flat as a pancake as soon as you put your head into it. Mattress so worn out that it feels like a hole in the centre. Carpets were stained -don't take shoes off. Towels are stained so don't look washed.The entire room smelled like urine. Bathroom had black mold/mildew on tiles. During the time we were unpacking, we were accosted 3 times. 1) beggar for money or booze...whatever we had (we didnt have any) 2) a guy who stole a case of beer and wanted to sell it to us (we don't drink) 3) another wondering why we are in town. Very sketchy area. All around, pretty gross. Very scary place and we were worried for our safety...as well as the car.

Staff was good but hotel is old and repairs were required example rug was very dirty and base board heater cover beside the bed was off the wall and on the floor …hurt my foot getting out of bed ..very dirty by window air conditioner and room smelled

Run down and lacking any real maintenance. Toilet hard to flush and bathroom sink tap drips constantly. Bed must have been directly over the boiler room. Noisy and room vibrating from the boiler most of the night. And not in a good way

So the price was good, but that's about it. The towels were dirty, the lamps were broken, the linen was dirty. AC had dirt and dust all over it from months of build up. The beds were very uncomfortable. The roof was leaking through the chandelier in the main lobby, so was a big mess.

Fruit flies in the room. Lots of them. Carpet in hallway is destroyed and dirty. Kind of a gross feel. Staff are nice. Place is just run down.

If you have a family do not stay in this hotel ! Blood stained pillow , cigarette burns in the blankets ! Super run down and very unclean location ! Felt extremely unsafe ! Yes the price is cheap but trust me it doesn’t make up for what you walk into !

Scary scary scary and dirty dirty dirty.

Overall the place is just gross. Broken lamps furniture dirty carpet the shower had hair all over it. Just in general a horrible place to stay. The only thing good was that it was 110 bucks a night as opposed to $200 in other places.

Well, the staff were excellent, but the room was lacking. For the price, i could hace paid another $30 and got a working lamp and a remote for the tv. It was at least clean, quiet and convenient. Overall, for just one night it served its purpose.

I dont like the fact that i was deceived to pay for room with separate sitting but the hotel does not have such facility and i was not refunded for excess payment and no even apology.

Property was under renovation during my visit. Friendly staff, lots of dining options. Not bad for a stop over.

The first room we had was terrible due to the smell of smoke, but our second room was nice and smelt good, only thing that would help to improve the experience would be to have a coffee maker, microwave, and a hair dryer. The small conveniences would make a big difference.

Run down property. Clerk was polite. Stairs/carpeting was grundgy, table and sink had broken legs, curtains a mess, walls grimy and wallpaper peeling..I left immediately. No way was I staying there.

The property and hotel is not in very good condition. It's old, smelly and just feels off putting. However, the location is very convenient and the staff were all nice and friendly. I tried to be cheap and got what I paid for.

This place should not be a recommended site on Expedia. Its situated on top of a night bar/casino. Room for 4 people and we had 2 towels, one roll of toilet paper. The rooms are basically very basic with nothing. Not very clean beds. Check for bed bugs. Staff is very nice and accommodating. So its not their fault the place is crap

I was assaulted outside the property, and while bleeding and begging to be let back into the room I had paid for, the staff locked the door and refused me entry. When another patron happened by to let me in, the front desk refused to call 911. The kicker is they kept my damage deposit because I bled into their towels.
