Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable.
Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas.
Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia.
Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE.
Waren nur für eine Nacht nach einer Hochzeitsfeier. Zweckmäßig, sauber, ruhig, leider etwas hochpreisig. Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück.
Sehr schöne Lage im Grünen. Ruhig mit tollem Frühstück im Freien.
Negativ ist die Duschlösung in der Badewanne ohne Duschabtrennung

Das Hotel liegt ideal um Ausflüge in die Weingegend zu machen und die Backhenderl sind die Besten in der ganzen Südsteiermark.
Sehr schönes Schwimmbad.
Es war alles super, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder !

Personal war sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstück war ok
Goed hotel met aardig personeel. Ik had een ruime kamer, met prima badkamer. De sfeer ontbrak een beetje. Restaurant was goed net als het ontbijt. Er is een lekker zwembad met aansluitend een sauna. Deze is al wat ouder, maar werkt prima en is voldoende ruim.
Ruime kamer met een lekker bed en een wijd uitzicht. De kamer was vrij zakelijk ingericht met een minimum aan decoratie. Verder een nette badkamer en toilet. Er is een aardig zwembad met in de zelfde ruimte een dampbad en sauna. Hoe is met de dresscode voor de sauna is gesteld is mij onbekend.
Voor een dinner kan goed terecht in het restaurant en in de ochtend wordt er een prima ontbijt geboden.
Zimmer hat mir nicht gefallen(alte Möbel sehr hellhörig).
Rest sehr gut!

Zimmer gut, aber mit einigen Abnutzungserscheinungen...........
Insgesamt verbleibt ein positiver Eindruck.
