Pros:

Great location and bed very comfortable Cleaning staff brilliant

Cons:

We were given the accessibility room and to be honest it was very average. not enough hanging space nowhere to put clothes such as drawers. needed more floor towels as water went everywhere due to accessibility shower. If it was truly accessible room then fridge was not accessible, and chair at desk not suitable. Fridge so tiny and nowhere did it say we had complimentary water and milk so we didn't touch

There was a top bar on roof a restaurant on the first floor & on the ground floor bar & music every night which we could not hear in room (rm7) fabulous mini bar
There is a lift so you don't have to walk up the beautiful stairs this place is full of character & has the history of the Hotel which I found very interesting taking you back to before it was built

Good but overly expensive for what it was

Boy i thought it was very expensive for what it was - the room doubled in price in 2 hours from the time that i landed in perth to the time i finished my meeting

Very enjoyable stay - great accommodation at a good price
Pros:

Location was great - walk to train, harbour, attractions. Nice decor - lots of art. Good food.
Liked the rooftop bar.

Cons:

We wanted to sit on the tables on the very top of the roof top bar.
We were told by a staff member that it was at capacity (although it clearly wasn't). When we questioned another staff they said it was a private function booking - disappointing as we were guests paying to stay at the hotel and couldn't access this area for a drink.
Also it was advertised as Happy Hour - but only st the main bar. We paid full price for our drinks and still weren't allowed to sit on the top deck. Apparently you can buy a drink at the main bar for happy hour price and take it up to the roof. There were a lot doing this and caused a lot of extra lift use and beer slops on floor. Just charge the same price at both bars!

Fun place & convient to everything.
Pros:

Loved staying here. We had a Queen Delux room which was a lovely size for our 4 night stay. Plenty of choices around for eating & walking to the ferry was just down the road. The staff here are so lovely , we loved the live music which stopped by 11 pm but there are ear plugs in the room but the soundproofing is very efficient. We would stay here again. The food was also good with daily specials.

Great location for a big night out. The foam earplugs provided should ideally be upgraded to some rubber ones that cancel more of the sound.

Cons:

Don’t expect it to be quiet before 1am on a weekend. Hard beds but otherwise the room was well presented and perfectly serviceable
