El personal no está lo suficientemente capacitado para orientar al turista en diferentes situaciones, tales como puntos de interés o turísticos, que rutas de buses y donde se pueden coger para ir a determinado lugar, entre algunos. En la noche se percibe inseguridad alrededor del hotel y, por estar cerca a una avenida, mucho ruido de carro.

O ar condicionado não gelava de jeito nenhum, tinha momento a noite que eu acordava todo soado e a banheira de idro massagem estava vazando enchendo todo o banheiro de água a ponto de quase passar a água pro quarto, notifiquei a recepção e fui enformado que o rapaz da manutenção só poderia estar olhando no outro dia, no outro dia eu saí quando eu retornei a banheira estava vazando menos mais o ar condicionado continuou a mesma coisa sem gelar, é uma pena um hotel tão bom pecar com o essencial fora isso foi tudo tranquilo

Do atendimento dos funcionários

Cons:

Café da manhã muito fraco, poucas opções e repetitivas. Muito cheiro de cigarro nos corredores o que indica que as pessoas fumam dentro dos quartos. Elevador estava muito sujo.
