整體而言，家人都很滿意。
Pros:

(1)早餐以中式為主、西式為輔，中式為地瓜粥、高麗菜、豆干、肉鬆...等+小顆饅頭，西式則是蛋糕(輕乳酪)及吐司等。菜色蠻豐富的，有保溫，也有提供咖啡機的咖啡(非三合一那種沖泡式)、豆漿、茶包與柳橙汁；
(2)馬桶是靜音式；
(3)乾溼分離衛浴設備、提供三種出水方式，更重要的是溫度穩定，不會忽冷忽熱；
(4)有提供停車空間(要事先跟店家說明，店家會約定好地點等候，再帶到他們的停車場停放)；
(5)飯店位置很棒，就在伊達邵碼頭附近；
(6)最大優點是服務態度親切！很棒！

Cons:

(1)電視訊號不佳、且沒提供自己外接手機或筆電平板；
(2)提供的插電座不夠貼心，這次住宿的房間只有電視上方有延長線插座(不過延長線除了一般的插頭也有提供USB供電，是加分項目)，有提供行政桌卻沒有插頭與檯燈可用，若能在床頭也提供插電座會更好，畢竟現在人出行，電子產品一堆(手機至少一人一支、加上數位相機、平板、行充等)，都希望住宿時可以順便充飽。

Very comfortable room with some lake view
Pros:

The bed is comfortable and our room is spacious.

Cons:

The western style part is too simple. If there is some yogurt and more fruit will be great.
The location is a little big far from the visitor center. You need to take a lake route bus. It only come about every hour. I

Pros:

Cherng Yuan was a beautiful hotel. The building is traditionally decorated with a friendly entrance. The room was clean, the bathroom was big, amd the view was nice. Location in town was close to many restaurants.

Sehr gute Lage fast am Wasser. Nach der ersten Nacht bekamen wir ein Upgrade mit Blick zum See. Große Suite, tolles Badezimmer. Leckeres asiatisches Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Marktstraße sind lauter und leiden unter den Essensgerüchen (Frittierfett).
