Orlando Condo

It was a nice place to stay for a short bit for a couple or in my case, myself and my 17 year old daughter. The price was right for what I needed. This complex would be very desirable for someone with younger kids especially. They’d be entertained easily for days. Internet was weak, and extremely limited TV stations if you are staying in.

Very well maintained. Had an issue with the A/C and it was repaired within an hour.

Wonderful staff, clean resort. Spacious condos that are safe and well appointed. Would prefer that a one time activity fee be added rather than making every guest pay $5 for every individual activity (mini putt, ball rental, etc) and $20 each to use the lazy river and water slides.
Shuttles are clean and there is a good sports bar, Starbucks, and a market where you can get sundries, pizza and deli items on site. Theme park tickets are not discounted very much at the attractions desk (I was able to get cheaper prices on line).
The location is very close to the theme parks and dining but you will need to get an Uber or have a car.
Our condo was in building 2600 near the back of the property but it overlooked the lake, and was close to three pools, the basketball court, etc.

This was our second stay at this resort. It was a good as the first one. Definitely recommend.

A/C was an issue. They had to come 3 times to fix it. WiFi didn’t work. They outsource the WiFi help desk and they are not helpful and couldn’t fix it. The front desk person was not very responsive. We called for security and it took them 2 phones and over 20 minutes to come even through we said it was an emergency. The kitchen utensils/pans are very limited. Also, no sheet pan, whisk, measuring cups/spoons. Washer kept starting and stoping. Security was an issue with Ubers getting in. When I originally asked the front desk said getting an Uber is no problem but security held them multiple times and made us extremely late. Uber held at security over 20 minutes. Drinks/food very over priced. Bellmen were very nice and helpful.

Wonderful condo and grounds. Pics didn’t do it justice. Friendly staff. The only negatives was the pool right out our patio was closed and the water park wasn’t free to guests. Neither were deal breakers just things that happened. We would gladly stay here again

The condo was great. However, I was taking the garbage out & a gust of wind closed the door. It was 10:02 and my key would not work. I had no phone, car keys, etc. The rest of my belongings were ion the car. I was down here receiving Chemo therapy. It was a long walk to registration. But I managed to walk to the front desk. They gave me a key that would work one time. I walked back, it did not work. So I had to walk all the way back. This time someone drove me and opened the door for me. They need to give people a small window when checking out before they turn the key off.

Beautiful area, quite, very clean, employees were very nice and helpful, very kid friendly and love that is pet friendly too

The place in general is very good, and is a beautiful condo, also the staff was very nice and helpful. But the building needs an upgrade, and the apartment, too. The shower was very old and had no water pressure, and the bed and pillows were uncoftarble. But, besides that, we have a very nice stay. They have many things to do, restaurants, shopping, bowling and many other activities. Is a good place to stay with the family.

Check in took a little longer than expected, but staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back and hopefully stay a little longer next time.

Great place to stay definitely recommend for families

Very large facility. A bit of walking required from the building I stayed in to the lobby. However they do shuttle people with a quick phone call. The Staff was wonderful and helpful.

The accommodations for the rate paid did not meet our expectations. The Condo was ok but not as clean as would like, definitely could use interior updates. The parking lots/cars face the condo on both sides so noise and car lights bother someone who is trying to sleep. The wifi is for owners and guests who pay resort fees only, so you have to pay for wifi. The property grounds were so much nicer than the condo. The Draft restaurant food was not great and very over priced. On a positive note, we enjoyed the pool near the spa, a bit of a walk but nice and less crowded and all the staff we encountered over the weekend were very friendly

The property scenery is nice although the amenities such as mini golf, boat rides will cost extra money to use. The gym and pool were GREAT. The restaurant on site was overpriced for mediocre food
The room decor definitely had a 40 year feel to it. I did not appreciate the annoying push to do their tour with the intent of tricking people into their timeshare scam. The protesters outside will clue you into their unethical practices
