Schönes Appartement mit ganz kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt gut. Das Appartement war sehr gross und alles ganz neu.
Bei der Sauberkeit der Toilette musste ich etwas nacharbeiten.
Da in Kazan (noch) kaum Englisch gesprochen wird, ist die Verständigung meist nur über eine Übersetzungs-App möglich.
Es gibt zwar eine Rezeption rund um die Uhr, diese ist aber ab dem Abend nur durch jemanden der Security besetzt.
Die Zimmer/Appartement sollten lt. Beschreibung täglich gesäubert werden, was jedoch nur 1 x, am ersten Tag, geschah.
Dadurch kommt es dann zu dem Problem, dass zu meinen „rein-und raus-Zeiten“ nur ein Security da war, den das nicht interessierte.
Fazit: klasse Appartement, alles per Taxi schnell und sehr günstig erreichbar (Taxi vom Flughafen bis zum Appartement- über App Yandex.Taxi- buchen, 40 Minuten Fahrt, wählbar je nach Fahrzeugkategorien zw. Umgerechnet 5 und 15€.
Man muss noch ein paar Abstriche machen, bis sich vielleicht alles eingespielt hat.

Четвертый этаж бизнес-центра в районе новостроек. Но! Чистота, комфорт, ресторан на 1 этаже, удобное расположение, своя автостоянка. Очень понравилось!

Brand new! Very clean!
Pros:

Very clean apartment in a brand new building, fully equipped with new appliances and silverware and plates. that you feel at home. It’s safe in a residential area with a supermarket within walking distance. It’s 18 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown and the major attractions
