Ett trevligt och välskött hotell med fantastisk personal!
Pros:

Området, städningen och framför allt personalen var riktigt bra och bidrog starkt till en positiv vistelse.

Cons:

Frukosten var helt okej men inte mer än så, och avsaknaden av en konsekvent smart TV-lösning i alla rum påverkade helhetsintrycket något.

Very nice, pleasant, and good location.
Pros:

Clean, breakfast provided, location to many places we wanted to visit

Cons:

No parking, but what can you do? The public parking was easy to manage and there was a security guard on duty.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that they took my payment card information (number and expiration date) as a guarantee if I use something from the Mini Bar, which is poor, uninteresting and everything in it is not worth 10 euros in total. I travel a lot. Genius Level 3. And I have never seen such a practice anywhere in the world to solve the minibar issue like this.

It was exceptionally wonderful!
Pros:

It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was right in the center of the city, close to restaurants and the shore. The stuff was extremely nice and helpful. I liked my stay there and will stay there from now each time I visit Thessaloniki.

Comfortable, quiet, charming, friendly, and reasonably-priced.
Pros:

What a delightful hotel! The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, both before my stay and during. I am a very nervous traveler and they were incredibly patient with me working through all my arrival jitters.

I didn't do a lot of research on the location before booking and was delighted with how lucky it turned out to be: right in the center of great places to eat and tourist points to see, very walkable and safe.

I especially want to call out the team working the night front desk and the evening bar.

Breakfast was outstanding—a buffet with fruits, cheeses, breads, pastries, yogurt, olives, vegetables, everything. And they made a good cappuccino too! (For travelers like me, who show up not realizing how late in the day the city gets going, having a wonderful breakfast prepared early is a godsend.)

Cons:

Just one quibble, and it's a small one (literally!). Travelers with larger things to lock up in the room when they are out and about may find the room safe a little ... small. I wound up fitting in everything I needed to. Just be aware your 9-pound, 17" gaming laptop is not going to fit in there.

Otherwise, really, it is hard to find anything to criticize. I was very happy with my stay.
