Pros:

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη, δίπλα στη λίμνη και στη πλατεία του χωριού με πολύ εύκολο parking. Το πρωινό ήταν ότι καλύτερο για να ξεκινήσεις τη μέρα σου σε συνδιασμό με την φιλόξενη κ. Στέλλα που μπορείτε να συμβουλευτείτε για μέρη που πρέπει να πάτε να δείτε στη περιοχή και φυσικά για να κανονίσετε βόλτα με βάρκα στη λίμνη. Σίγουρα το προτείνω για ζευγάρια αλλά και για οικογένεις!

Pros:

We had a bad experience. When we checked in there was no-one there, a cleaning lady let us in. When we checked out no-one was there. For the whole time of our two night stay, no-one was there.

A couple of hours after we left they texted me and told me that (a) we never had a reservation, (b) we had not paid, and (c) they had called the Greek police and we were to be picked up by them at Avis when we returned the rental car we had. Somehow they knew my phone number and the rego number of our rental car, even though we never ever saw anyone. WE THINK THEY WERE TRYING TO SCAM US - SENT ME A BANK DETAIL TO PAY MONEY INTO.

I phoned them and they were super-aggressive about all of this and absolutely refused to consider that I may be telling the truth. SUPER SUPER AGGRESSIVE.

I texted a copy of the Wotif receipt to them and then asked them by text to confirm they received it. They never confirmed - I requested this several times.

I phoned Wotif (USA connection) and the person there was very helpful; he emailed me later to confirm he had spoken to them.

THEY STILL NEVER CONFIRMED AND NEVER APOLOGISED. WHEN I TRIED TO PHONE THEM AFTER THIS TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS OKAY THEY JUST HUNG UP WHEN THEY SAW MY NUMBER.

This totally ruined our stay at our next stop in Thessolaniki. It caused immense stress.

Just to add to the situation, I had left my iPad on their front-desk counter as we "sort-of-checked-out". I emailed them about this (later) and they have not replied.

'Αψογη εξυπηρέτηση, ευγένεια, καθαριότητα. Ζεστά και άνετα δωμάτια. Η ομορφιά του τοπίου απλά μαγευτική και όλοι οι κάτοικοι και οι επαγγελματίες του χωριού, ζεστοί, ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί.
