La recepción del hotel poco personal.En la habitación , no funcionaba bien la regadera , la regadera tapada, poca presión de agua y poco práctico la salida de agua caliente . Sin lugar para poner las cosas del baño a pesar de ser grande , el papel de las paredes de la habitación despegado , le da sensación de abandono.

Not worth is, and way below the standards set by the SLS in Barcelona that I stayed at last year; don’t bother as it isn
Pros:

Great location, big rooms, clean and modern.

Cons:

Poor breakfast, pool area was poorly kept, not enough staff, small gym and incredibly expensive for what you got.

Cons:

Tive problemas com o vaso sanitário , não funcionava a descarga, reclamei diversas vezes. Situação de jogar balde. Ar condicionado tb não estava bom. Muito barulho da rua. Atendimento recepção e valet não muito receptivo.

Cons:

Everything was fine but I think the rooms should be more clean mopped and vacuumed daily. I believe the hotel could improve its attention to cleanliness. Even if not daily, the bed sheets should be changed at least every two days. There was a stain on the sheets when I arrived, and they were not changed throughout my stay, which was disappointing. It’s not because the housekeeping staff is bad there were lovely and helpful but the hotel should improve the cleanliness in the rooms.
