worst experience staying in miami that i’ve ever had :)

location, that’s all this property has to offer

Cons:

originally booked a room that was privately owned outside of platform that had fecal matter splattered on the wall upon check in. Went to front desk to get moved to a different room and they put me in another room that had hair on the bathroom sink, a pimple patch stuck to the wall in the shower and there was still dirty silverware in the dishwasher. Awful experience, will never be staying here again.

Pros:

This is the 4th SLS property I’ve visited and the most impressive.
We booked a two bedroom suite for our 9-year old’s birthday , essentially just a place to stay for the night (pre bday boat morning).
The suite was beautiful, and surprisingly quiet . The wrap-around balcony and laundry were pleasant surprises , as was the large fridge and spacious dining area.
The room service ends early (5:30p during our stay) BUT the hotel is in the middle of everything and we had zero issue with Uber Eats delivering literally 3 different restaurants to our room.
Our family would 100% stay there again, hopefully next time we’ll take advantage of the other amenities.

Swedish massage by Midi
Pros:

The hotel is clean and has a beautiful set up. The spa is top knotch. Everyone is professional and very polite. I got a Swedish massage today with Midi. She is great! She definitely got rid of my knots. I felt better right away. I recommend this spa 100%
