In general our holiday was perfect!
Pros:

The apartment is spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

Regretfully the property does not correspond to the description in Booking. First issue is the “fabulous breakfast”, which, besides the coffee, tea and juice, consists of packaged junk food only. Second, parking nearby for 70 cents per hour is not possible, the only option is underground parking for 20euro per day. Third, the apartment did not have a terrace, there is a common terrace outside the apartment. We are certain that this is a misleading representation and has to be corrected.

Comfortable and clean apartment, close to the Sassi and parking lot. Nice and helpful staff.
Pros:

Apartment can be reached by an elevator, was comfortable, clean, and well stocked for a light breakfast. It is close to central Matera and the Sassi. (markets, restaurants, bars all near by) Antonella (host) responded promptly, provided easy check-in/out instructions, and cared that our stay was comfortable. She was very professional and helpful. We appreciated that the staff had the room ready for us several hours before our anticipated arrival. It was great to have the 24-hour Nicoletti parking lot around the corner from Piazza Mulino where you don't have to worry about finding a street parking spot or trying to park in the old part of Matera where there are numerous B&Bs - but few parking spaces (unless you arrive by other means).

Cons:

The apartment is a great value for this time of year (May 2026). Suggestions for management: correct some minor "cosmetic" issues (plasterwall junction paper peeling, loose plastic cover over socket in kitchen above the induction stove, and replace a leaking and noisy espresso coffee machine.) Apartment had almost everything needed in the kitchen, but we could not find any kitchen cloth towels or paper napkins. This was not a problem for our short stay, but suggest they be provided for future customers.

Pokój bardzo ok, ale opis wprowadza w bład i jest nieuczciwy.
Pros:

Sympatyczne miejsce, niewielkie mieszkanie, a nie pokój. Sam w sobie - warty ceny, jaką trzeba zapłacić.

Cons:

Myślę, że to ciągle ten sam zarzut, jak w wielu innych miejscach - śniadanie. To tutaj było niestety okropne. Kilka ciastek, dwa najtańsze rogaliki ze sklepu, to nie jest śniadanie. To ogromny minus i rozczarowanie. Ostatecznie hotel, to nie hotel. Nie w naszym rozumieniu. To pensjonat, bez obsługi, pracującej i dostępnej na miejscu.

Très bel appartement, situation exceptionnelle à Matera. Communication suffisante par message (on regrette quand même quand on ne voit personne).

Situation idéale proche du centre historique. La literie était confortable. La communication facile et l'accès aussi.

Cons:

Il faut juste savoir que le petit déjeuner compris consiste en quelques muffin et croissants emballés mais possibilité de cuisiner sur place avec des petits supermarchés juste à côté.
