La situació a Matera, molt prop de la parada d'autobús a l'aeroport i molt prop de la plaça Vittorio Veneto, tot zona per a vianants.

Cons:

El pilar que hi ha en mig de la sala-cuina i el sofà, que no té un respatller alt. Falta d'endolls per carregar els aparells electrònics.

Pros:

The appartment was very clean, spacious with everything needed for the stay. It ia very well located, near the old town which you can reach in only 10 min walk. There are a lot of coffee shops and a shopping street nearby. Perfect location in my opinion. If you have not reserved a parking space at Parcheggio Nicoletti, mention that you are a guest of Residence Nazionale and they will accomodate you.

Pros:

Confortable, cómodo y bien situado

Cons:

Faltaba material de limpieza, no habían trapos de cocina para poder secar las cosas, ni papel en rollo que hubiera ido muy bien…. también la comida para el desayuno podría ser más saludable.

Residence in pieno centro. Non abbiamo trovato nessuna difficoltà a visitare la città. Piena disponibilità con i responsabili. Struttura nuova e molto pulita.

Locali ampi e comodi, arredato piacevolmente.
I prodotti per l'igiene personale.sono fantastici.

Cons:

La colazione innanzi tutto. In una città del genere, con tutte le ricchezze gastronomiche che offre, avere tutto confezionato è una tristezza.
Qualche dettaglio da sistemare (non ci sono stampelle, scottex, tovaglioli, cucchiaini).
La doccia fa allagre il bagno e la temperatura non è particolarmente regolabile.
Coperte e lenzuola con qualche macchiolina qua e la.
Zoccolino staccato nella camera principale e altre piccole cose rendono leggermente trascurato l' ambiente.
