Pros:

Praticamente tutto: appartamento spazioso e confortevole, pulizia ottima, posizione eccellente.

Cons:

Nella descrizione non era molto chiaro come sarebbe stata fornita la colazione inclusa. Ma comunque quanto messo a disposizione nella casa è stato di nostro gradimento.

Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito e accogliente. Il servizio di check-in è stato pratico veloce. I consigli fornitoci sono stati molto utili e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno a Matera unico.

Cons:

Qualche manutenzione al box doccia e al mobile bagno. Tutte cose facilmente risolvibile e giustificabili nelle locazioni turistiche.

Alojamiento perfecto! Ciudad bellísima!
Pros:

Nos gustó todo, fundamentalmente la ubicación, a muy pocos pasos del centro de Matera; el apartamento, hermoso, súper completo. Nos han dejado muchas cosas para poder desayunar, inclusive leche y juguitos (y hasta merendar por la gran cantidad de cosas que había!). Las camas súper cómodas. Tienen limpieza diaria, cosa que no es habitual en los apartamentos. La atención de Antonela, más de 10 puntos!!! Sin ninguna duda volveríamos a alojarnos allí y, desde ya, lo súper recomendamos!!! Respecto de Matera, no alcanzarían las palabras para describir su belleza.

No hay nada que no nos haya gustado.

Matera sorpendente!
Pros:

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e fornito di tutto: dal bollitore al microonde e macchina del caffè. Abbiamo trovato l'occorrente per una buona colazione. La posizione comoda per visitare i sassi e nello stesso tempo fuori dalla folla dei turisti.

Cons:

L'esterno del residence come primo impatto dà l'idea di essere un pò datato, ma poi gli appartamenti sono nuovi e ben arredati.

Bien situado. Amplio, cómodo y bien equipado.

Cons:

No tienen garaje. Es cierto que hay un parking público al lado pero no tienen ningún tipo de acuerdo (20€/dia).
La entrada a los apartamentos está un poco escondida y no hay nadie en recepción. Todo por WhatsApp y cajetin con las llaves

Ubytovanie sa nachádza blizko centra mesta Matera, čisté, pohodlné postele, blízko do historického centra.

Cons:

Dlho do noci bol počuť hluk z rušnej ulice, ťažšie sa zaspávalo.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή, υπέροχη τοποθεσία!
Pros:

Πολύ άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, με όλες τις παροχές όπως υπόσχεται.
Ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση.
Βολική τοποθεσία, ειδικα για κάποιον με αυτοκίνητο. Είναι στο κέντρο, δίπλα στο Sassi, αλλά παραμενει εύκολα προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο.

Cons:

Τίποτα κακό για αναφορά, όλα ήταν μια χαρά!
