Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the breakfast was satisfactory with a good selection to start the day.

The staff were especially friendly and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time after a long journey, and they made us feel very welcome and accommodated us despite our early arrival, which was greatly appreciated.

Another big advantage is the spacious parking area, which made our stay much more convenient. Unlike some of the 5-star hotels in Belgrade, where parking can be very expensive and the parking area may be far from the hotel with little or no shade, here parking was easy, convenient, and readily accessible.

Overall, a comfortable, clean, and welcoming hotel with genuinely friendly hospitality and convenient parking. We would be happy to stay here again!

Pros:

A really enjoyable stay, and what impressed us most was the level of service. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, parking is easy to access, and breakfast was good.

We did have an unexpected problem during the night when the A/C in our room stopped working. The reception manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He personally checked what was happening and made every effort to get it working again. When it became clear that the problem could not be resolved, he immediately offered us another room and arranged the change without any fuss.

That kind of response makes a big difference. Thanks to his quick and professional handling of the situation, what could have been a very uncomfortable night ended up being absolutely fine. The new room was very comfortable, and we slept well for the rest of the night.

The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and it is clear that hospitality is taken seriously here. We left with a very positive impression and would definitely come back.

Pros:

Отличное расположение: в 200 метрах автобусная остановка. Учитывая, что в Белграде автобусы бесплатные - это прям находка.
Своя парковка: оставил машину и не волнуешься.
Отличные номера, хорошая сантехника и матрацы. Выспались и отдохнули превосходно.
Очень хорошо говорящий по-английски персонал, готовый помочь - прям 100 баллов!

Cons:

Завтраки хотелось бы по разнообразней, может хотя бы пожарить яичницу или сделать что-нибудь типа оладьев свежих.
