Vistay apartments

We stayed for one night with the family. Quite far from center but good and free bus connections work well. Clean apartment with enough room but there are some traffic noices and renovation odour in the apartments.

Comfortable and spacious. Very challenging parking! Should have been notified that parking on the street is free on weekends!
Great location for public FREE transportation.

Stayed 3N in a 2BR, Rm 106 - A Queen Bed and 2 Single Beds. Spacious and clean. Washing Machine+Laundry soap provided. Dish Washer, Kettle, Microwave, Cooker/Oven, etc. Bus stops to City Center is just infront of the building - 12mins travel time and so frequent, Buses No.10&11. Also Bus No.850 brings you to the Airport. Lidl+Aldi around 3 stops (3mins) still with 10&11. A good Restaurant on ground floor, Pizza next door, Chinese/Japanese Resto just 2mins walk away. Area is safe. Would highly recommend this Apartment to anyone looking for where to stay.

Lovely place with great public transportation access!

There is absolutely no service provided at the apartment. No welcome drink as described in the description. No response to any inquiries. We are on our own! The bed is making cracking sounds. No air conditioning.
Location is great as it is close to bus stop and train station, all public transportation is free in Luxembourg, which is the best to have!

I didn’t receive the welcome drink that I was told I would in the booking. Also there were some ants in the apartment. Otherwise it was a nice and enjoyable stay.

Very spacious for four people. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is a plus- even though we didn’t cook- we brought snacks. Also appreciated the iron. The entrance to the parking structure is quite narrow. We rented a car and it was just the right spacing so don’t rent a big car because it will not fit through the entrance driveway. Otherwise all was good. Also read the email instructions carefully as far as entrance codes, etc. We had detailed instructions but neglected to read them initially. The view was fantastic!

It eas a very pleasant stay. Very clean apartment and very close to the city. Louis is always available to give good support. The only negative point is that it is a bit tricky to get into the garage (very small entrance) ... but it fits with a medium-sized car.
Will definitely come back in the future.

Our place was spacious and comfortable. There were 5 of us(4 adults and a baby). It was great to have a kitchen especially with three cooks. Kitchen utensils where sharp. The apartment is also has great bus service right out the door, so it was easy to get to any where in Luxembourg City. A couple of good grocery stores near by, plus a butcher and a bakery within a couple of blocks, so fresh bread every day! The people at Vistay were also helpful with any questions we had.
The even had a high chair for the little one.

Very easy to arrive from downtown because the bus stop is right in the street outside the building.
The apartment was very clean, we stayed two nights.
It is an automatic check in and out.

The location was great. The property manager was wonderful to work with. Very clean. The only thing I missed from home was a microwave but that may not be normal in Europe as it is in the states. I would definitely stay there again.

Hi,
I only had super hot water and was able to shower. After my stay, I received an excuse, but no refund or anything. For that reason, I will not stay here again and can't recommend it at all. Disappointed customer....

Our stay at Vistay apartments was great. Louis was great and excellent communication. Large apartment, next to new facilities, and very comfortable bed! Only downside was no dark curtains so woke up early every morning. But otherwise fantastic experience.

A great place to relax and enjoy Luxembourg with friends! The property was spacious, beautifully decorated, and right next to a bus stop and restaurant which made transport and emergency meals easy!
Would definitely recommend the apartments to friends wanting to come to Luxembourg!

This is a full sized apartment with a washer dryer, full kitchen and everything you need to cook. The property manager was one of our favorite people on our trip. He gave us advice on where to go and how to get around plus personally showed us how to use everything in the apartment. Very spacious and right on the main bus line.

Brand new. Comfy beds, great decor, beautiful place. Loved it. Incredible value. So glad to have found this place. 10 AM check out was a bit of a surprise but I may have missed that notice with the reservation.
