Pros:

有浴池，浴室很大，房間大，地點置中不錯，床舒適軟硬適中，吹風機不錯。價格優。陽台能透近光，還能看見海。

Cons:

浴室不算乾濕分離。浴室的窗簾髒髒的。圖片的高級感是有打折扣的。沒有電梯，每一層樓的樓梯不少。唯一使用浴池的兒童說有看到頭髮。陽台的桌椅該保養一下。

住宿的地理位置很讚，去往哪個方向都方便，機車停車方便，房間內有小小冰箱很便利，公共空間也有大冰箱可以使用，也有飲水機可以裝熱水，浴室裡有曬衣繩可以用，乾溼分離。

Cons:

住宿的第一個凌晨被房子裡超大聲的貓叫聲吵醒！有Line訊息反映說是跟客人跑進來的......A館一樓的公用廁所裡面有貓砂盆，氣味很不好，房間浴室的洗手台水管似乎破裂？地板總是有水，濕濕的。
