A relaxing stay with great service, though the bathrooms need an update.
Pros:

I loved how quiet and safe the hotel felt—surrounded by beautiful nature, it was the perfect place to unwind. The breakfast room service was a highlight: delicious, fresh, and delivered right on time. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My family especially enjoyed the clean, relaxing pool. Overall, a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Cons:

While the stay was mostly enjoyable, the bathrooms were a letdown. They felt outdated, and the water pressure was frustratingly low—I had to take cold showers twice. A renovation is definitely needed to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Pros:

Het is een centraal gelegen hotel. kamers zijn groot en ruim opgezet. kamers waren schoon. beden waren goed

Cons:

Ontbijt is een beetje simpel. ligt dicht bij een industrieterrein. internet werkt niet heel goed en was lastig te krijgen.

Very good location worth booking
Pros:

Clean and airy, rooms are nice and cleaned daily. In general the staff were polite, friendly and willing to help, there were exceptions but that can be anywhere and not a slur on the hotel itself. Nice swimming pool

Cons:

The food could have been better, I found it mediocre, OK and edible but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was good as were the curries in the evening.

Pros:

Stunning views, good breakfast options and lovely to have a pool. Rooms were clean, good shower pressure and comfortable, large beds.

The food was amazing, including the breakfast buffet and later meal options.
Restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient
Ruth at the reception desk was very helpful in getting my luggage repaired for me.
Reception desk staff were also helpful in communicating with drivers I hired and were completely fluent in English

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Everyone spoke English.
Ruth at the front desk assisted me in getting my luggage bag sewn together at a very reasoble price after it was torn by the airline.
Dining room staff was wonderful.
Cleaning and groundskeeping staff were also wonderful!
Restaurant meals as well as the buffet breakfast were great!

Pros:

I stayed here while volunteering at Bugando Medical Center. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the hospital. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice cool a/c. The beds are hard. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good - the breakfast was the same every day so got a little old but was tasty and filled us up for long workdays.

Pros:

We stayed at Ryan’s bay for 8 days. I can’t say enough good things about it-wonderful friendly staff, delicious food, spacious rooms and beautiful location. Will be staying there ever time I go to Mwanza!!
