Great if you need to be close to PEK Airport - so very decentralized
Pros:

The place is really good, staff was helpful and always present. The room was absolutely clean and well kept. The least noisy of all the hotels we experienced in Beijing. The bathroom had actual doors that could be closed. Possibly some of the best elevators I have experienced, with an average wait time of less than 10 seconds. Also they offer (kinda pricey) SPA services until 2am in the morning.

Cons:

I can't come up with anything I didn't like.

Very attractive hotel, conveniently between airport and city centre

Exceptional service
Pros:

My son accidentally left his watch in the room and the front office manager Stefan Liu immediately emailed me to inform. Nick from his team arranged for a taxi to deliver the watch to me at the Beijing airport. Impressed by the exceptional service level.

Best hotel in Wangjing, with great food.
Pros:

This hotel provides quality service with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was nice and clean, but did not have any good views from the window.

This hotel is in the heart of the Wangjing area, and there are many food and drink spots all around the hotel.

The breakfast at this hotel is amazing, with so many different cuisines. I love their hot green tea.

I like this hotel and thanks!
Pros:

All staffs are freindly, and i felt very warm that room service realised i might have neck problem when she found i added a towel under the pillow, and she prepared me a very comfortable pillow. Breakfast was very nice as well! I will come back next time.

This is the cleanest hotel ever! The location is not the best but I really enjoyed my stay, the lobby was amazing and the staff were really attentive. The best part was the room service food! Really delicious
