The hardware of this hotel is great. It's only a Hyatt Regency but it's as good as some Park Hyatts out of China.

1) the club lounge js gorgeous. One is the better designed club lounges I've been to and the staff are excellent (even if they don't know how to make an ice tea). But they are earnest, friendly and a plus to the hotel. This is a hotel where it's worth paying for club lounge access or using a club lounge certificate.

2) before covid, globalist breakfast was only in the lounge now they allow in the buffet restaurant which is a great choice. The food is good and they had my favorite, blueberries which is rare to find in China because of the cost. I think I ate 3 big bowls for breakfast.

3) the suites are beautiful. Large, tastefully decorated. It's definitely worth paying extra for a standard suite here. They are good.

The only downside for the hotel is it's location. There's just not much around it from restaurants to shopping to really anything as it's more in a new part of town, business district. For me who goes to Beijing 5-10 times a year for 30 years, it's a great hotel because I'm not looking for touristy things.

I have a client nearby so I like to stay at this hotel as it is a short walk over. The hardware is probably the best of all the Beijing Hyatts.

But overall it's an excellent hotel and is what a Hyatt regency should be.

Another disappointing experience at the Hyatt.
We had reserved on Thursday for high tea on Saturday at 3pm. First of all, they told us that they only prepare 3 sets a day so we needed to make reservations. That’s why I reserved.
On Saturday, my daughter and I walked in and the manager told me that they didn’t reserve seats for us because they have a conference. Then he said that the reservations were only for the high tea food, not the seats. (Speechless)… I guess we needed to eat while standing. Classy!
Don’t come! This place is not worth it.

Great value for Hyatt members! Best location if you are familiar with Beijing and not the first time to visit the big city. Downtown may have more activities, but if you wish to have some peace and quite and yet still within reach of the center of the city, this hotel is your best bet. Subway is literarily around the corner. Awesome breakfast, great view of Wangjing SOHO, quite rooms, great staff. Can't ask for more.

It s my third time here and it s one of the very few hotels i love it more than the first time. Very elegant, super clean, beautiful room with great view, good location, great service and very kind, collaborative and professional staff. The place to be in Beijing! Bravo!

We've stayed multiple times at Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing during the Chinese New Year from February 2026 with the last one being on March 2, 2026. As always, our stays were great, especially thanks to the wonderful management and staff who make us feel like family. They were respectful, friendly and attentive. They welcomed us warmly every time we arrived. Housekeeping maintained the rooms clean and stocked with needed amenities. The hotel is strategically located with multiple transportation options, enabling us to easily navigate to our desired destinations.

Special mention goes to Hiram and Doris who gave us a truly memorable experience of a Chinese New Year family feast. They were the individuals who had checked us in during our various stays at the hotel and who we have come to trust for their sincerity, dependability and professionalism. Also, Audrey took extra care in ensuring that we're checked in smoothly and having all our luggages sent to our rooms while having a breakfast buffett. This was very thoughtful because we were exhausted from a long, very early flight and hoped to rest as soon as possible. The concierge service was consistently excellent with associates like Jackman and Levi. Indeed, we highly recommend staying at Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing if you ever find yourself in Beijing. It is our go to hotel!

Facility is clean and tidy

The staff here are so nice and meets every aspects of my needs. I would definitely come back in the future. Hotel design is great, love the bamboo trees in the lobby, feel like nature
