El hotel en general muy bien. La ubicación es muy muy buena y el hotel es muy lindo (tanto los espacios comunes como las habitaciones)
El personal tiene un nivel de inglés muy pobre y muchas de las cosas calientes del desayuno estaban frías
Our home away from home did not disappoint. Location is convenient as more ride hails are familiar with the hotel. Value for money with their long stay rates. Spacious and clean rooms. Frontline staff are friendly and helpful.
The Hotel was close to perfect.
The choice of food for breakfast was fantastic, but the quality (taste) was 'only' OK/good.
Amazing stay, friendly staff and amazing housekeeping! Best hotel in Beijing! Well done to all the team. Will definitely visit again.
I’ve been a regular guest at Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing for 5-6 years, and every single stay has been absolutely fantastic. The restaurant, buffet, hygiene, and overall level of professionalism are all exceptional. I will absolutely be returning again soon.
Завтраки в отеле это нечто. Хорошее спа с бассейном и джакузи. Красивое лобби.
Персонал абсолютно не понимает по Английский. Не очень качественная уборка в спа
This hotel should really be branded a Grand Hyatt. The facilities, service and food are certainly Grand Hyatt level.
Check-in at the exec lounge is always a breeze, and I’m warmly greeted and welcomed like a frequent visitor. Jackman and his concierge team make sure my stored luggage and Taobao packages are meticulously accounted for and delivered to me room before I even step in.
Rooms, which are decorated with a natural wooden theme, are of a good size. The occasional suite upgrades are pleasant surprises. Facing SoHo/Mercedes Benz HQ gives the best view. Despite the hotel being nearly a decade old, the excellent maintenance (unlike many top China hotels) makes it feel like less than half its age.
The highlight is the breakfast in the basement. Eggs made to order, freshly squeezed juice and a delectable spread whipped up by exec chef Kenny and his team ensure that over-eating is inevitable. My top picks are: beef noodle soup, prata with curry and nasi lemak but the rest of items are just as good!
Hyatt Regency Wangjing is why I remain a loyal Globalist with the Hyatt brand, when there are so many other options. This is a top notch hotel, a home away from home.
Back to Hyatt Regency Wangjing has always been a pleasant experience. Warmly greeted by Rosa, the new manager of hotel rooms, her smile made me felt back home. I knew she would have everything ready for me and my guests, including meeting rooms in club lounge, dinner buffet for 8 people, and guest rooms nearby each other. I even saw a tourist giving her a box of chocolate to show her appreciation to Rosa when she checked out. Having a great room manager has been the tradition of this hotel. The facility has been so well maintained that you won’t see worn out corner or damaged furniture. I saw a repairman knelt down in the hallway to paint a small scratch on the wall (photo) with the kind of focus and dedication I only found in Japan. KAI is a young man I really like also because his attention to the details of my guests in the meeting room, by providing drinks, connecting computer, and changing the lighting had made my meeting super productive. This hotel is a great place to stay at exactly because of these wonderful staffs.
petit dejeuner complet
par contre pas de piscine pour la semaine ca c'est un peu dur quand ce n'est pas annoncé
le manque d(information en amont pour la piscine
vue des chambres sur rue assez lugubre
As a Hyatt Globalist member, I specifically chose Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing for this recent business trip, based on its generally positive reputation online. Unfortunately, my overall stay fell somewhat short of expectations. I would like to share a few details where I believe the experience could be improved.
1. Check-in experience
Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was still being cleaned and that I would need to wait before check-in. I was directed to wait in the Regency Club lounge. However, during the waiting period, no staff member proactively informed me when the room became available. I only learned that the room was ready after I personally returned to the front desk to ask. Otherwise, I might have continued waiting without knowing. In addition, the actual check-in time was nearly one hour later than the stated 15:00 check-in time, and no explanation was provided. The welcome fruit was also delivered separately after I had already entered the room.
2. Room upgrade
Prior to arrival, I did not receive the usual pre-arrival email or call. I therefore took the initiative to send an email to inquire about the possibility of an upgrade. Ultimately, the room provided was a corner room with a rather ordinary view, which was somewhat disappointing. I had been hoping to experience a room overlooking the Wangjing SOHO skyline.
3. Lobby bar service
As my stay included a spending credit, I ordered two drinks at the lobby bar. When the drinks were served, the staff member carried the glasses by hand without a tray and appeared unsteady, resulting in the drinks spilling across the table. The follow-up response was limited to wiping the table with tissues, without any explanation or apology. This level of service detail was quite surprising.
In summary, the overall stay did not meet the expectations I had for this visit. I hope the hotel may consider improving these service details in the future.
