Pros:

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and overall, I think it offers great value for money, which is why I chose it again. I do have one comment: the air conditioning in the room was too noisy. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience with the location, the staff, and the price.

Interestingly, I didn’t have this issue during my last stay, but the room type was different. If the noise from the air conditioning can be addressed, it would be perfect.

In a great and trendy area of Chaing Mai! Great staff. Free breakfast that was buffet style, was ok but didn’t complain as plenty of beautiful cafes in Chaing Mai.

A nice boutique hotel in commercial zone of Nimman
Pros:

Great location, a short walking distance to One Nimman and Maya shopping mall. Accessible to plenty of eateries, cloth and massage shops nearby

I made a reservation for my friend. He said that it smells awful in the room when he checked in. But they did not change the room. He could not stay there. He claimed over and over. They said that he can get a refund. Next day, he checked out and move to another hotel. I claimed it but I can’t get a refund because they didn’t approve a refund. I am very disappointed in their policies. Be very careful when you check out. You have to get any documentation that shows details. You can’t get a refund even if you obtain an approval cancellation.

Hotel was ok, plenty of options around it. Rooms ok but bathroom was bad. Black mold between the tiles. I still don’t know why we didn’t leave from the first night

solid property in a great central Nimman Chiang Mai location. The standard room is small and limited window, so after a few days it was too small for me and I had to switch hotels, but no big issues with the hotel.
