Pros:

お部屋は清潔で快適でした。シャワーの湯量も豊富でした。朝食のとき、セルフのマシンがありましたが、それとは別に各種のコーヒーを作ってくれました。カプチーノが美味しかったです。ワインショップでワインを購入しましたがオープナーを持参していなかったのでレセプションで依頼したところ、快く開封してくれました。トラムの停留所から近く、観光名所にも歩いて行けるので、非常に使い勝手の良いホテルでした。

Cons:

紙コップがお部屋とシャワールーム合わせて１個しかなかったこと。飲み物用と歯磨き用が分けられるとより良かったです。宿泊前に、イタリア語と英語が苦手なので、電話でしか予約を受け付けていないレストランの予約をしてもらえないかとメール依頼したところ、了承の返事が届いたのですが、実際には予約されていませんでした。満席ではなく、忘れてしまったと言っていたように思いますが、何しろ英語が苦手なので聞き間違えかもしれません。
