Please note the parking is underground and is not suitable for big cars or SUVs. Parking is upon reservation only and upon availability. You will be informed upon booking if there is available space.

Please note that traffic in Via del Santo is restricted. You are kindly advised to stop near the newsagents kiosk in Piazza del Santo and enter the hotel's garage from there.

If using a GPS system to reach the property, please insert the following address: Via Melchiorre Cesarotti.

A parking is provided at an extra cost a few minutes from the Hotel. This must be requested in advance when booking.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Good value, clean, well located hotel with helpful staff and mixed facilities.
Pros:

Clean, very helpful staff.

Cons:

Electricity and air conditioning initially failed. Moved us to a new smaller room. Tub with hand sprayer, no shower. Could not get hot water in evening - had to wash in cold water. Breakfast was limited. Juice machine broken

Pros:

Buona posizione per la basilica e i mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Purtroppo per la colazione non forniscono alcun tipo di alimento senza zuccheri aggiunti.
In pratica se non avess avuto con me questi prodotti avrei fatto colazione solo con un caffè e latte di soia.

L accueil et le professionnalisme des personnels de l accueil. L emplacement de l hôtel.

Cons:

Structure vieillotte, salle de bain et mobilier d un autre âge, petit déjeuner frugal dans les choix, car pas ravitailler des la rupture de produits.

Preis - Leistung stimmte nicht, einzig die Lage war sehr gut.
Cons:

Die Möglichkeit zu duschen war extrem eigeschränkt, da es an einem Duschvorhang in der Wanne fehlte und der Schlauch von der Dusche nicht lang genug war, das Bidet war ebenfalls defekt. Frühstück wurde von einem unkompetenten und wenig engagierten Team angeboten. Auch die Qualtiät war nicht gut.
