Please note that traffic in Via del Santo is restricted. You are kindly advised to stop near the newsagents kiosk in Piazza del Santo and enter the hotel's garage from there.

If using a GPS system to reach the property, please insert the following address: Via Melchiorre Cesarotti.

A parking is provided at an extra cost a few minutes from the Hotel. This must be requested in advance when booking.

Die Lage ist perfekt

Cons:

Leider war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und unverschämt. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Das eine war ok, dass andere eher ein Notzimmer für das gleiche Geld. Das Zimmer zwar mit Fenster aber kein Ausblick und es befand sich direkt unter dem Fenster die Abluftanlage vom Restaurant. Dementsprechend hat das Zimmer nach Essen gerochen. Ansonsten war es sehr spärlich eingerichtet für diesen Preis unverschämt. Wir haben es gleich reklamiert, der Portier hat uns gesagt ,Hotel wäre ausgebucht und wurde auch sehr unverschämt und laut. Nachdem wir einen längeren Sitzstreick in der Lobby veranstaltet haben und uns zwischendurch immer wieder mit dem Portier lautstark auseinandersetzen mussten, hat er uns ganz plötzlich noch ein freies besseres Zimmer gegeben!!! Warum nicht gleich so und erst den ganzen Ärger. Die Sauberkeit ließ in dem einen Zimmer auch zu wünschen übrig. Bad nicht richtig oder garnicht geputzt. Duschtür defekt und zur Krönung gab es auch noch schmutzige Badetücher mit gelben Flecken drauf. Alles sehr schade für dieses Hotel an diesem schönen Platz. Wir waren schon vor ein paar Jahren hier und da war alles noch perfekt, echt schade.
Noch ein kleiner Tipp, zum Frühstück besser auf die andere Straßenseite in das kleine Kaffee ☕️

Excellent location and friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location right next to the Basilica of St Anthony's. Really helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are good sized and has aircon, so it was cool despite a heat wave outside. Bed is very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast staff are overworked - have to constantly ask for new bowls, spoons etc. Breakfast spread could also be more healthy and have less sugary pastries/cakes.

Everything we needed was here including a very comfortable bed.
Pros:

It was very centrally located and easy to get to on the tram. Excellent breakfast provided.

Cons:

The reception desk was rather formal and cold.. Nevertheless efficient.

Prima verblijf. Receptie erg behulpzaam. Ontbijt vreselijk.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel bij de receptie.

Cons:

Ontbijt. Het brood was niet vers en inferieur. Alles van bedenkelijke kwaliteit. Meubels in de ontbijtkamer waren beschadigd.
