Basic but well positioned
Pros:

Location close to town and beach where there are fabulous cafes and eateries ..I was informed of key access efficiently and communication was good. Bathroom fine. Kettle in room. Fair price firv2 night stay.

Cons:

Very tired furnishings with basic furniture. Curtains useless at keeping light out. Noise throughout night from neighbouring air con..? Fridge noisy so unplugged it.

Comfortable clean owners very friendly
Pros:

Apartment was refurbished clean and modern. Cleaners in every 3days. Well maintained. Everyone was very helpful I liked that there was a fly screen on the patio doors so they could be left open and prevented the bugs from coming in

Cons:

No room to put anything around the sink. But there was a cupboard under the sink. Could do with a shelf. Very basic crockery in the kitchen and missing a microwave and toaster very basic
We had an apartment and didn’t realise that there were steps going onto the first floor did think there was a lift but it’s at the back of hotel and no lift

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ikaros. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. It was great to have a larger than usual bathroom, too.
The hotel has an excellent location, between the Lake and Kitroplatea beach, with all the main cafes and tavernas within easy walking distance.
Good value for money too.

Cons:

The bed was a little too hard for me, but that's a minor issue.

Gostei da estadia, se quiser explorar outros lugares é preciso alugar um carro, as estradas estão ok
Pros:

O hotel é perto do centro, de restaurantes e da praia. O estacionamento é pago.

Cons:

Água quente só depois de meio dia, acho que é um sistema que funciona com aquecimento solar daí a água é super quente. Não é problema.

Great Location
Pros:

One night was enough to stay in this hotel.
Pros:

The good position as could walk from the town and main restaurants.

Cons:

The bed was hard and sheets like cardboard,no bin to throw away general waste and no hot water in the morning for shower and the cups to make tea was so small .
