Misleading accessibility information – unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties
Cons:

I booked Apartment Ikaros with Sea View for my parents because my mother has significant mobility difficulties. The Booking.com listing advertised a lift and stated that upper floors were accessible by elevator.

However, upon arrival, we discovered that the apartment was actually located in a separate building across the street from the hotel. This building had no elevator, and the apartment could only be reached by stairs. This crucial information was not clearly disclosed when I made the reservation.

When we raised the issue, the property suggested exchanging rooms with another member of our travelling group, who had booked a smaller, cheaper room under a separate reservation. That reservation also ended one day earlier than ours, meaning we would still have needed to return to the inaccessible apartment. This was not a genuine offer of suitable replacement accommodation.

There were other problems as well. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable in the apartment, and rubbish from previous guests had been left in the kitchen bin.

What concerns me most is the inaccurate accessibility information. For travellers with disabilities, knowing whether an apartment is accessible by elevator is not a minor detail or a matter of preference. It determines whether they can physically access the accommodation.

I strongly advise anyone with mobility difficulties to verify the accessibility of the exact apartment before booking. The presence of an elevator in the hotel does not mean that the separately located apartment is accessible by elevator.

Excellent for a basic accomodation close to everything and very quiet.
Pros:

This was a great location as friends were staying nearby. We had a decent size room with a huge terrace with great views.

Cons:

Some maintenance issues need to be addressed such as hot water ( not all the time ) and the broken panels on the deck.

Basic but well positioned
Pros:

Location close to town and beach where there are fabulous cafes and eateries ..I was informed of key access efficiently and communication was good. Bathroom fine. Kettle in room. Fair price firv2 night stay.

Cons:

Very tired furnishings with basic furniture. Curtains useless at keeping light out. Noise throughout night from neighbouring air con..? Fridge noisy so unplugged it.

Comfortable clean owners very friendly
Pros:

Apartment was refurbished clean and modern. Cleaners in every 3days. Well maintained. Everyone was very helpful I liked that there was a fly screen on the patio doors so they could be left open and prevented the bugs from coming in

Cons:

No room to put anything around the sink. But there was a cupboard under the sink. Could do with a shelf. Very basic crockery in the kitchen and missing a microwave and toaster very basic
We had an apartment and didn’t realise that there were steps going onto the first floor did think there was a lift but it’s at the back of hotel and no lift

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ikaros. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. It was great to have a larger than usual bathroom, too.
The hotel has an excellent location, between the Lake and Kitroplatea beach, with all the main cafes and tavernas within easy walking distance.
Good value for money too.

Cons:

The bed was a little too hard for me, but that's a minor issue.

Gostei da estadia, se quiser explorar outros lugares é preciso alugar um carro, as estradas estão ok
Pros:

O hotel é perto do centro, de restaurantes e da praia. O estacionamento é pago.

Cons:

Água quente só depois de meio dia, acho que é um sistema que funciona com aquecimento solar daí a água é super quente. Não é problema.
