Pros:

La atención fue espectacular… la persona que atendía es especialmente calificada. El desayuno, habitación y demás estuvieron perfectos.

Cons:

Que la piscina estuviera sucia en el tiempo que estuve, que fue una semana.

Lamentablemente a pesar que pagamos la reserva no nos guardaron la habitación, dijeron que devolverían el dinero el martes 14/10/2025 y hoy es jueves y nada, además indicaron que harían un descuento, lo que me parece un abuso.

Cons:

Que no guardaran la reserva a pesar de que se pagó a tiempo, que no han devuelto el dinero y lo peor es que si lo hacen no lo entregarán completo.

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, la atención por parte de los trabajadores y dueño del hotel fue la mejor, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y acogedoras, atención las 24 horas de día, ofrecen bebidas calientes en todo momento, el desayuno espectacular, la logística del sitio está muy bien organizada. Recomiendo este hotel a todas las personas que vengan a Bucaramanga.
