Disappointed by the unannounced £50 deposit (not mentioned on Booking.com), though it was refunded later. Additionally, check-in was slow; I had to wait a long time for the host to arrive and they only showed up after a phone call
Clean room, lots of space and plenty of tea and coffee
Staff were rude and said well I have already finished my shift but will have to serve you. This was after the staff member was already arguing in front of customers with their colleague about a booking they had incorrectly put onto the system.
Friendly staff, good location for us. Quiet at night

Lovely pub restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating area . All weathers great location absolutely perfect for parking too. Gym being open soon opening Oppisite the hotel. Fantastic area very safe

The room was ment to be 1 double bed was actually 2 single beds and mattress pushed together,,and very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in ,, the curtains let to much light threw ,,there was hairs in the bath and the room just felt very dirty in general, I would never stay here again awful experience,, nothing like website suggests
Big room and comfy bed
Small bathroom with a shower over the bath which I thought was very old fashioned, didn’t seem as up to date and I thought a new building should be and the pillows on the bed were very flat
