Room was really clean and location is very good.
The staff in the morning was really rude. They kept knocking door from 10:30am and asked to leave as they were busy.
The lady who checked me out spoke very rudely.
The room was clean..the bathroom was very basic.
The breakfast area was not acceptable for me and I definitely would not eat there again..it was very unimpressive..so very basic..literally small boxes of cereal and the tea and coffee section was shocking to me..sorry an absolute no.

Rooms near the lift get noisy. Breakfast was lacking, went for continental (my choice) lack of fruit and only white or brown bread for toast, granary, whole meal would have been nice, the ‘fresh orange was watered down

The twin beds were too small.
Extremly rude and arrogent check in staff and check out staff was okish.
Check in was easy and efficient, which was appreciated as we had had a long day. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable although the pillows were too bulky for me. The bathroom was clean with fresh soft towels and plenty of hot water. We had an early start so didn't have breakfast. Would recommend to any traveller looking for a decent room and free parking
Don't know if this was an option as too tired to enquire but a selection of pillows would be a nice option
