Pros:

I’ve been told this hotel is really nice to stay at, clean, nice rooms and staff, so I booked us in on a spur of the moment thing , Gemma on reception was lovely, got to our room and it smelt stale, there was sweets under the bed, the toilet lid and back of toilet was filthy, so all that had been done was the bed and towels not even any sugar BUT we told Gemma and showed her pictures and we got moved to another room which was lovely and clean and smelt nice too, the manager offered us a breakfast the next morning which was really nice of her but had to decline,

Cons:

The fact we originally was given a dirty room that was supposed to have not only been cleaned but ticked off by someone else too, thankfully got moved so stay was saved.

Great place
Pros:

Great location just off the motorway. Clean, comfortable lovely space.

Cons:

We was there on one of the most hottest weekends in the UK has ever had and there was no AC in the bedrooms which was not good.

Great stay, possibly 4th time ,certainly not last
Pros:

Lovely room, comfy bed, perfect location for visiting family in Bean, lovely staff, polite and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast could be managed better as in less food on hot plates for shorter time

Cons:

We arrived at 10pm to be asked to wait 30 minutes as the beds weren't ready
I wasn't happy at all as I had two children with me and it was 10pm and we were tired and it cost me £105
I said I'll make the beds which the lady on reception said she will come with me
She was lovely but we both shouldn't of had to make both the children's beds not only make them but I had to lift one up while she pulled the legs out at 10.15pm
The next thing was the room wasn't very warm
Then we went to breakfast the following morning, the attitude of one of the staff was disgusting, we had our breakfast we payed £25 and our baby wasn't that hungry so we took a banana and a pot of porridge for when she was hungry which probably estimates at a £1 to be shouted at saying you can't take that, you need to eat it on the premises
To which we replied it's for baby and she's not hungry at the moment
The woman then rang reception to tell them and we had a knock at the door to say we've taken food
I'm absolutely disgusted how we were treated
And won't be returning

Good value , clean and tidy
Pros:

Location great for my needs , easy parking , clean and fresh room .

Cons:

Restaurant ordering was via QRA which was slow and tiresome . Suggested a tip !I ordered myself , collected drinks myself , had carvery collected myself . Why would I tip before receiving any service and having negligible interaction with staff.
