Staff fantastic. The guy who checked me in ( didn't get his name) was superb. He was very kind, caring and gorgeous. A great representative for the hotel. The room was great, everything I needed. Air con was superb. Breakfast was great, super choice everything cooked well and hot. Cannot fault it. The lovely man was there again at breakfast making sure it all ran smoothly I guessed he was the manager. Can;t wait to come back for another stay.
Only downside was that I could only stay one night!!

Mould in the bathroom
Clean quiet rooms, enough space for an adult and teenage child to sleep comfortably in without getting in each others way. Air conditioning was a blessing! Located about 50 minutes from the channel tunnel. Also a fantastic big Sainsbury’s 3 minutes drive away and a co-op 1 minute walk from the hotel for any last minute items you’ve forgotten.
Quiet clean rooms and aircon was what we wanted - and what we got. I can’t criticise it at all, especially at the price. The pub next door serves evening meals and breakfast which is very convenient, but the food wasn’t brilliant.

When we turned up to the hotel.. reception wasn’t very welcoming at all! To add to that they also wanted to take a £50 holding fee which was never mentioned when it was booked and payed for already!
Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The noise level from other people in the hotel was horrendous.. doors banging constantly through the night and morning and quite abit of shouting.
No shampoo or conditioner only body wash that smelt absolutely cheap and vile.

Wifi is a bit slow. Also could do with a better option for making a cup of tea as it always comes out with a scummy film on top
