Las personas de servicios generales, aseo, bastante groseras y malhumoradas cuando me acerque de manera cordial a preguntar si tenían toallas de manos que me facilitaran a lo cual respondieron que el hotel no daba toallas de manos, la respuesta y actitud fue como si les pidiera que instalaran un jacuzzi en la habitación 🤭 uno puede entender el nivel cultural y educativo sin embargo creo que el hotel puede capacitar a su personal para una atención un poco más amable y menos agresiva

La ubicación es muy buena si es necesario viajar a Ocaña, ya que los microbuses salen muy cerca de allí. El personal es muy amable y colaborador. Es una buena opción como hotel de paso cerca del centro.

The rooms are nice in general.

Cons:

I did not like that the hotel did not have nice sheets, blankets, the bathroom had a broken handle, you need to pay cash only, the rooms were not ready upon arrival. The location does not feel save. It is expensive for the location!
