Jonathan at the front desk is a tremendous help in all aspects! Everything regarding checking in, inquiries and checking out were easy as can be! He made everything a breeze.
The hotel is beautiful, and has so many great accommodations to make this a perfect stop if you’re visiting Orlando. A short drive away from the parks, but not right in the heart of everything where there is an infinite amount of traffic. Great places nearby and fantastic rooms! Breakfast is done wonderfully in the morning too.
Overall amazing place to stay with wonderful workers too! :)
The hotel is really nice. We got a double queen suite and the room was HUGE! Marcus at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel at anyone.

We have a large, church group here occupying MANY rooms - all attending a convention together. Our service has been outstanding and the property is very nice. I don’t give out five star reviews like - ever. But this place is pretty close!
Personally, I have had wonderful guest service from Anthony at the front desk. He is very personable and engaging, and just a pleasure to talk to. I have never had a better guest service experience in my long life.
The breakfast bar was fine, but not the greatest ever. The selection suffers. But the staff is very attentive and everything was clean and well prepared.
Had a great time at home2 and Marcus helped me a lot!

Location was perfect. Service was awesome and professional. Value for the stay was affordable. Room was clean. My kids love the flower on the bathroom and the dinosaur on top of the bed. Quiet and peaceful all day. Thanks to Marily for the help provide. My family and I loved. Planning soon to go back for our next vacation!!!

The check-in process was flawless, Andrea & Marcus tended to me and made I was comfortable. Very clean 5 out of 5 for me!! I would definitely stay here again!
The location was perfect for our visit to Universal Epic. Room was sizeable, full fridge, kitchenette. Bright, spacious bathroom. HVAC system actually worked intuitively and was not obnoxiously loud. Pleasant, professional fellows at registration desk.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, I loved the large comfortable room. Marily's excellent service I loved the swans plus the flowers on the toilet paper is cool, front desk staff Aaron very friendly. Thank you for making my days very beautiful.

Cancelling my booking without meeting me know, refunded to booking.com which after many calls and emails still haven't refunded to me. I had create new booking using credit card to hotel.
