Had reservation for July 19. Hotel denied me day-of when checking in. Pre-paid through expedia, upon arrival this hotel denied my booking and I'll be sleeping in my vehicle tonight.
Although I reviewed the Element Hotel yesterday and cannot submit another one today, I am pleased to share my experience through its sister property—the Four Points by Marriott. The truth is simple: when a hotel is led by exceptional people, excellence carries across both locations.
Both hotels are under the leadership of Manpreet Bhatia, a manager whose commitment to service sets the tone for his entire team. The staff at the Element were outstanding, and it is clear that the same spirit of professionalism and kindness is present at Four Points.
I want to extend my sincere thanks to the front‑end team—Aman/Arman, Ira, Guneet, Beihl, and Sarita—each of whom demonstrated warmth, efficiency, and genuine care. They are the kind of staff who make you feel welcomed the moment you walk through the door.
And then there is Nebish, the chef who is truly the cream of the crop. His culinary talent elevates the stay from comfortable to unforgettable. “Chef extraordinaire” is no exaggeration—his dishes are exquisite and prepared with pride.
Both hotels consistently go far beyond expectations. When service, hospitality, and leadership come together this well, the result is an experience worth celebrating.
Better than most higher priced Name Brand Hotels and one of the best we have stayed at this 3 week trip.

I was given poor information by the agency you hire..I couldn't call the hotel directly but wait forever to go through that botton pushing regime. Very poor system. Very frustrating system..hated it..don't think I ll bother booking again
