Staff are nice and courteous, room is clean, bed is comfortable.
May be it is not a smart TV, I can't link my phone with the TV. The teenagers jumping and throwing the ball in the pool which is very annoying. Limited choice for the breakfast.
The room was beautiful and spotless. I appreciated the lock on the door, traveling alone it made me feel secure.
Music playing until 1030pm. When I called the front desk they told me it would be turned down. I asked to have it turned off as it was very loud in my room. They said yes however the music played all night. It was turned up very loudly at 6am. This completely ruined my stay. My husband booked this trip for me so I could catch up on sleep as we have 2 little ones. I was not able to do that because of the music. I dont understand why as a hotel, you play music in the hallways. The main purpose for your guests to rent your rooms is to sleep and not be disturbed. Very disappointing.
The breakfast was good and room was nice.
I got about a grand total of 2 hours of sleep because of the location of the room. Listening to cars drive by all night was less than ideal

Room design and heating
The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. Free breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal and coffee were great! The pool and hot tub area was good just a little bit too much chlorine but the Manager got that fixed asap. Overall we enjoyed it for my family and pet friendly so it was great.
Pillows were too soft and the chlorine issues otherwise it was all great!
