Gym room too hot / staff not involved
Pros:

The hottest room of the hotel : gym room! Insane, no conditionning air.
The quality of the food at breakfast was very inconsistant, some were ok but some really bad quality.
No possibility to see the world cup match : TV too old to be connected with smartphone, no effort of the reception staff to propose a solution or a place in the city to watch the match…no service!

Very nice, modern and new -- but needs an HVAC clean
Pros:

Overall nice hotel. Still looks new and has a resort-type feel. The pool area and gym are very nice. I wish the breakfast was optional, really frustrating when we have to pay for it but it's mostly things we won't eat. HVAC needs a cleaning, I briefly turned on the heat to take the chill out of the room and about 1000 dead tiny flies blasted out all over the room.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way from Page to Colorado, and it was an excellent experience. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel was spotless, with plenty of comfortable seating areas for relaxing, as well as spaces for working or studying. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. They also offered a good buffet breakfast with a nice variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only minor issue we noticed was that we could occasionally smell food from the kitchen in the hallway leading to our room on the third floor, which was near the end of the corridor. At times, the smell could also be noticed inside the room. It was not a major problem, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and happily stay here again.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The pool area was wonderful, and breakfast was very good. We had a room facing the hill so no views, but it wasn’t facing the noisy highway, so very happy about that. Beds are comfortable but very soft if that’s your thing.

Perfect Location for Visiting the National Park
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast was good, and there were several other good dining options nearby. The location made it very easy to get to the national park. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel for visiting Arches National Park
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel as part of the Rocky Mountaineer Canyon Spirit train trip. It's located on Main St., approximately 1.5 miles north of downtown and a few miles south of the entrance to Arches National Park. The room was modern, with lots of storage space, a desk and a separate sofa and TV area, which made it like a mini suite. There was a coffee/tea service and mini refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was clean and spacious. This hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool on the second level for those traveling with kids, as well as a hot tub for adults. A nice breakfast is served each morning with indoor and outdoor seating areas. The town has a free shuttle service to take you downtown to shops and restaurants if the weather is too hot to walk there. This hotel is in a great location for visiting the area National Parks, with large, clean rooms and a welcoming staff. I'd recommend it for families or anyone visiting Moab.
