Location is great but lots to improve
Pros:

The place is clean and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The water in the shower is not consistent which makes it hard . The breakfast is ok but not like most Hyatt lots of things are missing and takes forever for someone to get things out when they are empty. I told tge front desk about the water but they didn’t seam to care . When we came tge front desk employees were very friendly. First time in Hyatt that there is no coffee or tee in the lobby during the day . The hot tub is not really a hot tub just a little bit of bubbles

Loved the pool! Also appreciated how close it was to Arches.

Pros:

The room was clean and basically that is what I am most concerned about.

Cons:

Some things about the room made it feel budget hotel-ish. Maybe I was expecting too much? The cover over the box springs wasn’t covering them-looked like no one cared. Uncomfortable bed. The water in the shower continuously went from extremely hot to luke warm-and this was at midnight so not during high demand. I paid more for a room with a view, not worth it, but look at the pictures and decide for yourself. Breakfast was lacking. Not many options or variety. Unimpressed.

We were looking for a one night stay before reaching our destination and the Hyatt was the perfect.
Pros:

The breakfast setup was wonderful. Many options. The facility was very clean. and the coffee was hot! Location was excellent for our needs

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and our room was very clean. We appreciated the onsite restaurant and bar, and the breakfast that was included in the room rate was top notch. We would definitely stay here again.
