We brought our granddaughter who loved it last year and wanted to come back. She was still thrilled!
Pros:

The breakfast was good with a variety. The hot tub is a great size. It was a little cool the first night but was much warmer on our 2nd night.

Cons:

I never had my receipt emailed as they said they would.

Location is great but lots to improve
Pros:

The place is clean and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The water in the shower is not consistent which makes it hard . The breakfast is ok but not like most Hyatt lots of things are missing and takes forever for someone to get things out when they are empty. I told tge front desk about the water but they didn’t seam to care . When we came tge front desk employees were very friendly. First time in Hyatt that there is no coffee or tee in the lobby during the day . The hot tub is not really a hot tub just a little bit of bubbles

Pros:

The room was clean and basically that is what I am most concerned about.

Cons:

Some things about the room made it feel budget hotel-ish. Maybe I was expecting too much? The cover over the box springs wasn’t covering them-looked like no one cared. Uncomfortable bed. The water in the shower continuously went from extremely hot to luke warm-and this was at midnight so not during high demand. I paid more for a room with a view, not worth it, but look at the pictures and decide for yourself. Breakfast was lacking. Not many options or variety. Unimpressed.
