Прекрасный отель и вкусные завтраки

Отель очень интересный. Все в деревянном стиле, здание все из дерева. Очень уютно и комфортно. Номера чистые. Вкусные завтраки (шведский стол), всегда свежие и разнообразные. Понравилось отношение персонала, решают любые вопросы и идут на встречу. В пешей доступности большой парк. До горнолыжной базы ходит бесплатный трансфер от гостиницы, на такси ехать недалеко и недорого.

Great location, comfortable and spacious room. Would definitely stay here again.

9月だったのですが、明け方が冷え込んだ日だったため、部屋が寒くて目が覚めてしまいました。エアコンの使い方を先に訊いておけばよかったです。あと夜に営業しているスーパーが周囲にないので、自分で食べ物や飲み物を持ち込むのであればあらかじめ買っておくことをお勧めします。
ホテル全体はログハウス風でとてもいい感じです。設備は整っていると思います。あと朝食ビュッフェにわかめのお味噌汁もあったりしたので、日本食気分も味わえるかも。

空港からは63番のバスでサハリンセンターの前で下車し徒歩5分。ただし市街地から離れスーパーや飲食店は近隣には見つからず。フロントの対応は人により異なるが総じて悪くない。部屋は丸太張りで天井が高く開放感あり、清潔で周囲も静かなため快適に過ごせた。部屋に地下のナ・ハバロフスコイのメニューがあり予習可能、味はいいが金額は高かった。ただし同店での朝食バイキングはかなり満足できる。

WiFi in the lobby and the restaurant works fine. Having some issues with it in the room. Nice and clean, the reception speaks some English. Took a 2 hr walk around and it seems safe enough. Taxi ride from the airport was 550 rubles and the hotel arranged and billed my room.

Stayed for a day heading to the north of the island to work, rooms are clean and tidy, facilities are somewhat basic. One minor flaw was that I couldn't find a way of turning down the heating!? Other than that the hotel was fine. Would recommend for short stay.

I stayed here for just a couple of nights in late March.
The smile I received from the lady at the front desk was genuine, warm and very welcoming...exactly what was needed after almost three days travelling.
I was shown into a nice spacious room, however due to my early arrival they staff were still preparing it. I was inundated with genuine heartfelt apologies and my room was ready in only a few minutes.
The bed was very comfortable, the room very nicely presented, and the food in the downstairs restaurant was very good value and tasted delicious.
The only downside is the lack of English language television channels, however given the location I didn't really expect any, but something some may wish to be aware of...just be sure to bring a nice book.
The wifi connection was decent, and the staff are very happy to ensure a most pleasant stay.
I hope to return to Yuzhno again, and if I am lucky enough to do so, then this is the place where I'd stay.

-The sound proofing is not good in this hotel, however, I had a good nights sleep in a very comfortable bed.

Stayed in Belka for 2 weeks Pretty quiet hotel. Not a bad place. A little dark inside. Sound proofing leaves much to be desired.
The restorant is quite expensive and not a good varity of dishes. Business lunch sucks.
No gym. The sauna in thee basement costs about $50 an hour.
Next time I will try Gagarin or Tourist hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean with all the expected facilities. Unfortunately shower didnt work properly. Also was very surprised to have to pay for the coffee you can make yourself in your room.

It shouldn't be quirky but it is. This is a winter ski resort town with an Austrian built cable car.
For me the "log cabin" effect didn't work. The build is "shoddy" and the fit out poor quality. The whole thing is going downhill fast. Damaged carpets, leaking shower and you even pay for the sachet coffee in the room that would normally be complimentary. Allow 15-20 minutes to check out whilst the receptionist (1) answers the phone whilst ignoring you!!
Spend a little more and stay at the Mega Palace, this was at least built to last and has maintained its "quality" feel. I stayed there on the way out and wished I'd returned on the way back.

Comfortable, small hotel situated in the business part of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Designed in the style of Hunter House: a big bear will meet you at the entrance ;) - don't be afraid, it is just a scarecrow!
Rooms are big enough. You can smell the wood - makes you sleep so well!
The only negative remark: excellent audibility! So, if you are sensitive to the noise- this hotel is not fir you, for sure!
Breakfast: good, not a big choice of meals, but enough.
There is also a restaurant there- haven't been - no comments.
Hotel facilities: spa!!! Believe me, not in every hotel in Yuzhno they can offer you to spend time in spa ( massage after a long flight, for example).
Also, there is quite a popular travel agency in the hotel: they can organise a trip for you to any place in that region.

Very polite & responsive staff.
