5% extra charge for card/PayPal payments (not acceptable) and overall only an average stay – overpriced for what it
Pros:

The property has a rooftop, the location is okay, and it is convenient that laundry is available. Communication with the owner worked very well throughout our stay.

Cons:

However, there were several downsides:
• The fan was loose and rattling
• The room became very warm in April
• The room is relatively small
• Only two bath towels were provided (no hand towel and no bath mat)
• Only one roll of toilet paper was provided
• The trash bins were never emptied during our 4-night stay

Overall, the accommodation feels quite outdated and rather dusty. It definitely no longer looks like it does in the photos, and in our view it is too expensive for what is actually offered.

Cons:

Piscine vide toute la journée alors que nous l’avions réservé pour ça. Rien n’était indiqué dans la réservation. Pas d’explication du personnel.

Atendeu as expectativas
Pros:

O quarto estava limpo e bem mantido. O ar condicionado funcionando bem. A TV só passava streaming, não passava a programaçao local. O café tinha frutas, pães, queijo e ovo. Dois tipos de sucos. Senti falta de achocolatado e iogurte.

Cons:

O hotel serviu para pernoite, mas não tinha escadas, então deixou a mobilidade reduzida. Na manhã seguinte estava chovendo e tivemos que ir tomar café na chuva pois a área do café era do outro lado e tinha um espaço aberto entre as áreas.

Pros:

Perto de tudo. Para praça das armas, o custo do táxi é de 10 soles. Os funcionários são corteses e educados.

Boa opção para pernoite.
Pros:

Bom ambiente, limpo e com bom atendimento dos funcionários. Tem garagem fechada.
Café da manhã simples mas ok.

Cons:

Necessidade de subir escadas para chegar ao quarto. Se tem muitas malas, pode atrapalhar. Mas no geral foi boa hospedagem na cidade.

Valor demasiado de estacionamento

Não gostei do valor que me cobraram para deixar meu carro no estacionamento (25 soles) por dia. Ou seja, em reais saiu por R$ 41,00 reais por dia. Para completar, a moça atendente me cobrou 12 dias, sendo que foram apenas 11 dias. Muito ruim de " jogo" a atendente. Fiquei nesse hotel por indicação de um amigo que falou que o valor do estacionamento tinha preço bom. Entretanto, não foi isso que encontrei , paguei em reais R$ 475,00..em relação a isso não indico esse hotel.

O hotel possui estacionamento e os funcionários são cordiais. Café da manhã com variedade.

Cons:

Fiquei no hotel por duas vezes durante a minha viagem. Na primeira vez o quarto foi mais confortável, na segunda vez o quarto estava com cheiro de mofo e o funcionário tentou disfarçar com bom ar, o que só piorou o odor. Fora esse problema, o hotel ficam bem localizado e possui camas confortáveis.
