When the AC was running it would leak into the carpet and soak
The rooms were spacious. I loved the free parking and that breakfast was included. That is hard to find! We will be staying here again in the future. I loved that breakfast was served until 10 am. We didn't have to rush down. Checking out at 11 am is a plus!
There is nothing that we did not like. Everything was great!
The room was very spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night to attend my daughter's pinning ceremony but I will consider staying here again if we ever be in the area.
All stuff were very nice.
We were 3rd floor, so at nights, we could hear people walking around above us. And noise from high way but not too bad.

Location
Front desk didn’t tell us you have to use a card to turn on room electricity. Bed was moderately comfortable, thin comforter. Crowded breakfast area with no staff to greet you.

The location right off the freeway was perfect. The staff were great, the room was spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable. Lastly, the shower had great water pressure and the towels were large and soft. 10 minute drive to Disney (freeway) and Knotts (streets).
It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the people next to us were fairly loud when they came in for the evening, so I was able to hear them for a bit, but then they quieted down.

Carpet in the room felt dirty
Modern hotel, with nice breakfast and amenities, huge free parking and 24h fitness room. Easy access to motorway and a lot of asian restaurants in the area. Pool area and spa looks nice
Soundproof is a week spot, you literally can hear how some one is walking in the next room. After all activities family was tired, so didn't bother as much.
