Staff friendly. 5 minutes walk to Metro IP Padlova....15 minutes scenic walk to all the cool attractions. A really fabulous stay

Absolut Empfehlenswert für einen (Kurz-)Urlaub in Prag!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral (knapp hinter dem Nationalmuseum) & man kann alles problemlos zu Fuß erkunden. Das Hotel ist überall sehr sauber und modern gestaltet. Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe kann man „relativ günstig“ dazubuchen in einer Tiergarage aber….

Cons:

…die Tiefgarage ist für größere Autos recht eng und Bedarf wirklich sehr viel Geschick beim Ein-/Ausfahren zwischen den Ebenen.

المكان سئ للغاية ، الموظفة المسؤولة في الاستقبال سيئة للغاية تأخذ مبلغ وديعة وتضع بعض المعوقات والحيل بغرض عدم اعادته فهي تنوي الا تعيده ، لم يتم اعادة مبلغ الوديعة الخاص بنا حتى الان رغم انها قالت سوف اخصم منه واعيد الباقي ولم يتم اعادة اي مبلغ ، هي سيئة للغاية في تعاملها اذ لا تعمل على استكمال اجراءات تسجيل الدخول بنفسها بل ترغمنا على هذا الاجراء وهو من عملها حيث ان فيه ضايع لوقت الضيف الذي يأتي متعب من السفر حيث لا تقدر وقته ولا تحترمه ، لا يمكن السكوت عن مثل التصرفات وبالتحديد موضوع عدم اعادة ميلغ الوديعة ، كما يوجد العديد من الملاحظات منها الموقع بعيد جدا عن مركز المدينة ، ولا يتوفر مواقف مجانية ، والغرف ضيقة جدا ، والمبنى ملئ بالدرج صعودنا ونزولاً مما يعيق الحركة والقدرة على حمل الحقائب هناك الكثير من الملاحظات على مكان الاقامة لا يمكن حصرها فب النهاية المكان بما فيه سيء للغاية لا يمكن للحروف ان تصف سؤءه كما انني ابلغت الموظفة بانني سوف اكتب التقييم بهذا الوصف الواقعي واخبرني بانه اكتب لا يهمني ذلك جيث لا يهمها راحة ورأي العملاء

Śniadania znakomite ,owoce ułożone z taką finezją że aż szkoda było psuć to arcydzieło. Co do lokalizacji praktycznie samo centrum, parę kroków od tramwaju i metra- rewelacja. Pani na recepcji niesamowicie uprzejma.

Bardzo polecam!
Pros:

Pięknie urządzone wnętrza, od samego wejścia, przez hol, recepcję, pokoje. Czysto, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, w hotelu unosił się przyjemny, ekskluzywny zapach (na co zwróciła uwagę moja żona). Łóżko bardzo wygodne, plus za żelazko i deskę do prasowania. Okno pokoju wychodziło na bardzo ruchliwą ulicę Legerovą, a mimo to w pokoju było przyjemnie cicho. Śniadania różnorodne, choć dania w podgrzewaczach, moim zdaniem, powinny być cieplejsze. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Lokalizacja hotelu świetna, kilkanaście minut od dworca kolejowego, w okolicy dużo barów, restauracji, sklepów; spacer do Starego Miasta to kilkanaście minut przez urokliwe ulice :)

An excellent property would love to stay again
Pros:

It’s an excellent property which is very close to the C metro. Property room was very well maintained and cleaned every day. Fresh towels every day. The room had a small kitchenette with necessary utensils a microwave and an induction plate. The breakfast was nice with good layout compared to Europe standards.
The staff was helpful and courteous. It’s located close to the museum and walkable distance to the tram line. Very easy to go from here to various spots

Cons:

Although very small point but room needs a mitten glove to take out hot utensils from microwave and some cleaning towels for utensils.
Overall no complaints at all
